Cozy, one bedroom condo, available for rent by the month. This 1st floor unit features a screened-in patio, quiet a/c, cable TV, a full kitchen, and parking. The location is ideal, just steps from the ocean, and a ten minute walk to Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach. This well situated complex is just 45 minutes from the Orlando Airport, 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, and only 60 minutes from Disney. Port Canaveral, home to numerous cruise ships is a short five minute drive. The Port also boasts two casino cruise lines, with twice daily departures. Two golf courses are located within 15 minutes, and a major shopping mall is just ten minutes away. Please Note: Infants and well-behaved school aged children welcomed. Smoking is not permitted inside. Monthly cost is based on double occupancy.
