Alpine Meadows back door entrance minutes from this property…FREE shuttle picks you up and takes you to the Sherwood chair lift at the back side of Alpine Meadows. Shuttle pick up is at Sunny Side restaurant….Just 1 mile drive from this lovely home.
No need to drive in traffic all the way to Alpine Meadows: Lift tickets are available at the Sherwood Chair. This home is also just one mile to Homewood Ski Resort (great for kids) & on the edge of Tahoe National Forest.
After a long day of skiing on the mountain or hiking in sunny Lake Tahoe snuggle up in front of one of three fireplaces or adjust two of the furnaces with humidifiers. You can relax in the Jacuzzi tub or large private hot tub with commercial grade heater.

We really enjoy the peace and tranquility that comes from the woods and lake. The skiing is awesome! We are ideally located to be close and convenient to so much Lake Tahoe has to offer.
