The rates are lower for this unit due to owner management. One stay in this unit and you will want to come back again and again!!!

Very comfortable layout. Well appointed condominium. Convenient location. Great value. Our family (parents and two children) had a very nice stay in this condo. Everyone had enough space and privacy. There was ample room to store our ski/snowboarding equipment and the access to the condo was very practical (garage on main level, ski storage in garage, large closet in the entrance of the condo.) It is minutes from the Park City resort base, main street restaurants and grocery store. We could not have asked for a better situation. Will definitely consider renting this place again when we go back to Park City.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Your place is great, great location, everthing close by. Our kids loved the pool and hot tubs. We have rented in PC before and most places are small, your is huge in comparison. We will definatly be back!!!

We had a great time, the unit is very open and spacious. More than this, it has a great location, everything we needed was within walking distance. Loved the heated pool, the kids wanted to be in it all the time. Brain
