Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor condo villa is situated in a delightful setting on Florida's gulf coast directly across the street from our beautiful white sandy beach. The back of the complex sits on the intercoastal waterway with your own fishing pier. Enjoy your breakfast on the deck overlooking the saltwater stream that runs through the property.
The island has walking streets, sandy beaches, waterfront restaurants and GREAT SUNSETS. Our condo is tastefully furnished throughout and has every essential you could possibly need for your vacation. All bed linens and towels are provided along with a washing machine, dryer, and a complete kitchen. The master bedroom consists of a queen-size bed and its own bathroom; the second bedroom sleeps two in twin beds also with its own bathroom.
The living room couch pulls out to a queen-size bed. The condo also has two TVs on cable, a VCR, a DVD, and a stereo. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property offers a swimming pool,tennis courts, several BBQ's with tables located throughout the complex and benches to watch the views, palm trees, fragrant flowers and exotic birds. Take a snooze on the sand, or try your luck at catching a wave! Throw a line in the water and catch dinner! If no luck, take a five-minute walk into town and enjoy several restaurants and shops. It’s a truly unspoiled paradise.
