The apartment is located on the second floor level of a land-marked designated brownstone. The apartment is on the second floor and upon entering the building there is a video intercom system for security.

Experience the historic charm of this 153-year-old building while enjoying all modern conveniences. This newly renovated apartment has a comfortable Living room with a very comfortable full size sofabed. The alcove fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Also, the apartment is complete with dishes, pot, pans, flatware, glassware, cookware, toaster, iron and top quality linens and towels, etc. The bathroom is all black and white tile and comes with tub and shower.

The small bedroom has a Queens size bed with down comforter, table, lamp, ceiling fan and large closet.

There are hardwood floors through out the apartment. There is A/C in bedroom and living room, cable TV/phone, internet and answering machine. There are laundry facilities around the block. And maid service can be had for a small expense.

Subway stations are at West 23 Street/8th Avenue and West 18th Street/7th Avenue. This apartment is set-up for business meetings or just to have fun, an incredible apartment for an incredible location in one of the hottest areas in Manhattan.

Chelsea is a bustling, NYC neighborhood, close to all attractions/theater, many restaurants and art galleries. Walk to the Chelsea Piers, one of the largest sports complexes in the world. The Chelsea Piers, the Dia Modern Museum (West 22nd Street) and the West Chelsea Art Galleries are a "must see" for all visitors. Chelsea is immediately adjacent to Greenwich Village and the trendy Meatpacking District.
