This 40' Houseboat/Cottage is the perfect waterfront vacation package. Fish off the covered forward deck or relax on the top deck, and enjoy the beautiful sunset views. This lodging package accommodates four-six people comfortably. Additional sleeping capacity available upon request.

A full array of amenities provide plenty of activities for the whole family. Lodging packages include the following: use of lighted fishing pier with benches, paddle boat, canoes, fish boats with electric motors, playground, swim beach, hiking and artifact collecting on our barrier island, charcoal and gas grills, picnic areas, washer/dryer, WiFi internet, boat launch, DEEP WATER channel, and much more! Pontoon and fishing boats are available on-site from Lakeside Marina and Resort.

We are located less than 10 minutes from Interstate 95 Santee exit #98. Less than 40 minutes from 17 golf courses, one hour from beautiful historic downtown Charleston, and minutes from Santee.
