Just remodeled in 2007, the open floor plan invites the whole gang to get together yet offers plenty of space to retreat for peace and privacy in the 4 large bedrooms. The brand new kitchen features stainless steel appliances, walnut cabinets, sandstone counter tops, and glass mosaic tiles, conveying a crisp modern design for your top chef. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you’ll need to entertain your guests including breakfast bar and bar stools. With the open floor plan, the conversation can move seamlessly from the kitchen to the living and dining rooms. The living room has a large, comfortable couch/chaise and upholstered chairs that frame the fireplace and 27” TV. The stereo with DVD player and a selection of family-friendly movies provide additional entertainment. The large dining table comfortably seats 8 with room to spare!
By day, when the mood calls for sun and fun, lounge in or around the heated pool, or stay cool in the shade with a freshly squeezed orange juice from the orange tree and the soft water misters that fill the air. By night, Enjoy the beautiful sunset reflection on the mountains and palm trees while dining “al fresco” on the expansive patio with dining table that seats 6.
If its privacy that’s desired, an attached “casita” with queen bed, 20” TV, CD stereo and full bath offer you close proximity that’s removed just enough to sneak in an afternoon nap. The casita has a separate front and rear entrance, a full bathroom and a separate air conditioner. It has a large built-in closet with plenty of room to stow away luggage as well.
The Master Bedroom is large and sunny as the morning light pours through the French doors that open to the patio. A King bed, large closets, and 2 dressers provide plenty of room for all of your belongings. A television and DVD player round out the amenities in this room. A private master bath sits within and has an extra large shower/bath. A separate vanity area with plenty of drawers/cabinets is perfect for storing personal toiletries. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser and large closet and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, large closet with sliding doors for plenty of storage as well as included board games to play! this house was too perfect for my weekend. i rented the house for my birthday with a group of my friends. right when you drive up, you can't help but notice the really cute green color. it's unique from the other houses on the block. you walk right into the living area, where there is a dining table for 8, the living room with sectional sofa/chairs/tv, and the kitchen. big open space, great to just sit around and hang out, all the areas flow into each other. the master bedroom is big, with a king bed and its own blue/white tile bathroom. the back bedroom has 2 twins, and a green/blue motif. the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. and the bathroom has nice brown/tan glass tile. the 4th bedroom is the casita, with its own bathroom, with front and back access. the house has central air, with ceiling fans in every room. there is also a washer and dryer. my favorite part of the house is the backyard. it's huge, bright, grassy, relaxing. i LOVE the pool. it's warm enough, big enough, there are pool toys/beds, it was the focal point of my summer weekend. we bbq'd and layed out all weekend. there is also an outdoor shower with hot water. the house is also pet friendly. they even include a doggie bed if you need one. it's in a wonderful part of town. maybe 5-8 minutes away from downtown. there is NO wind whatsoever. every easy to find, and get around. lisa (the owner) was super nice, answering any/all questions that i had. she was very easily reachable via email or phone. overall, this was the perfect house. everything flowed, and i couldn't have found something better. it's modern, it's hip, it flowed, it's warm. i will definitely be using this house in the future.

We spent Thanksgiving week in this lovely home, and I can't say enough nice things about both the home and the owners. The house is amazingly well situated. I was worried that it was so close to the airport that it would be noisy, but we NEVER heard a single plane. The entire neighborhood was quiet and lovely. We walked to shops, and were a quick drive from downtown Palm Springs. It felt like we were close to everything! The house was modern, clean, and cheerful, The kitchen was stocked well enough with cookware for us to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal with only a few creative substitutions :) The kids loved the movies, the games, and the cute rooms. The pool was immaculate, and well-stocked with nice toys for the kids. Finally, the owners were a pleasure to work with, flexible, helpful, and friendly. The whole experience is an example of why we love VRBO---rent this house!

We had a wonderful family getaway with friends. The home had everything you could ask for- well equipped, comfortable beds, homey atmosphere. It was very clean and comfortable, but casual enough that we could let our kids play. We all truly enjoyed the pool- the kids loved jumping into the deep end! We had a mix up with our credit card, and the owner was WONDERFUL to work with. She was incredibly understanding and accomodating. Thanks Lisa! We will definitely be back (if you'll have us... :) !

This beautiful home is perfect for a family vacation in Palm Springs. The owner was very friendly and helpful; there was an information book in the house for restaurants and activities and even individual shampoos and soaps in the bathrooms.
