It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and features the following: Walking Distance to Lake, Fully equipped kitchen, Large deck with Charcoal Grill and outdoor furniture, Wood burning fireplace, 3 TVs, DVD, VCR, Cable, Game room, ceiling fans in every room, washer and dryer.
Our house is supplied with dishes, cookware, pillows and blankets. Please bring towels, dish towels, linens and paper products.

Notice to tenants: You will receive 8 passes to use the amenities for your entire stay. Good house probably for summer. Fireplace not working. Smoke odor in all house. You cannot get a drink in the club house if you are just renter. Tv remotes not working.
Owner response:Fireplace works fine when the chimney flue is opened before starting a fire.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
