The flat is split into two levels with two bedrooms (twin beds in both ) a bathroom (bath tub and power shower) and a WC on the upper floor, and a lounge/living-room (double sofa-bed) with a terrace, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, and storage on the lower floor. The apartment overlooks the marina and is on the first floor of an apartment building served by an elevator or stairs.

You are provided with a colour television, a fridge/freezer, fully automatic washing machine and dryer, a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing-board, all the necessary cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils for 6 persons, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a micro-wave oven, a set of towels per individual, linens, a hair-dryer, a direct dial pay phone, BT Broadband for fast internet connection, etc...For business guests a non coin-operated telephone, answer phone and fax machine can be provided by prior arrangement.
Mininum rental period is one week she will not do less and it costs £850 per week
