Enjoy greater privacy with this suite as the bedroom is separated from the family room with a traditional door and not sliding wood panels. This condo also has a separate door to the bathroom from the living room so it is not necessary to pass through the bedroom to access the bathroom as is the case with most units.
Koko Resorts provides on-site professional management in case of the unexpected. Our management office is located on the 5th floor of Tower 1 in Suite 501. Koko Resorts offers over 100 vacation rental condos in Waikiki for you to choose from!
We also provide other convenient amenities, free of charge, such as boogie boards, golf putters, tennis rackets, basket balls, portable (folding) cribs, and high quality inflatable mattresses. Amenities can be checked out from our office on a first come basis.

Exterior Building Enhancement Project
The Association of Owners of the Waikiki Banyan has begun an exterior enhancement project including concrete restoration, re-sealing of windows, lanai maintenance, and painting of the exterior of the building. Most work will be restricted to Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2013. All public areas will be accessible.
There will be some periods of noise associated with the exterior concrete repair; all other work will create minimal noise and inconvenience. For safety and security, it is important that guests keep windows and lanai doors closed while work is being done. Lanai furniture will be removed at times as well for surface inspections and repairs.
Koko Resorts has no control of or actual knowledge of the dates that renovation work will occur and work may be delayed past the expected completion date. Upon guest request, Koko Resorts will refund 15% off of the room rental rate for dates actually effected by lanai restrictions and/or significant noise. Please only book this suite if you are willing to accept these conditions as no further refunds, unit changes, or cancellations will be available due to the renovation.
