This place was perfect. We attended the Snow Goose Festival and the apartment was one block from the Chico Masonic Family Center where most of the activities were held. Very clean, tidy, spacious, and nice. Very easy to make the arrangements. I emailed the owner/manager the night before to reserve and they got right back to me to confirm the reservation. Great place, great management.

I've stayed at this property twice. It is super clean, beautifully furnished, stocked will all of the basic necessities and more! The location is ideal. Chico as a city has tons to offer for everyone in the family. Definitely recommended. Plus, our family will continue to make it our home away from home when visiting the Chico area.

I love vrbo! We have never been disappointed in our rentals and this one is at the top of the list. Fantastically spacious, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, luxuriously comfortable - and a GREAT value to boot! Much more affordable than a hotel and SO much more comfortable. Love the ceiling fans in all the rooms, LOTS of plush towels, wonderfully stocked kitchen, fast wifi! Really, we could not be happier!!
Owner response:Please note this review is for our other property. The current property listed is our new "East Ave" property. The East Ave property is equally as charming but a smaller unit. I don't want to miss lead anyone with this review.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights on our to visit Farm Sanctuary in Orland, CA. We were pleasantly surprised at the spacious appearance of the apartment. It was very structured and clean throughout. There were many household cleaning supplies that was extremely helpful for our family. 1) There is a sleep number bed that will definitely take some time to get used to and be comfortable with. I thought it was a nice, and welcome addition to the house. The TV in the house was huge and had a gigantic selection of channels throughout! This was awesome. 2) The apartment home was definitely built for people with disabilities. As long as you know what you're getting into, it didn't take anything away from the stay. The showerheads are very low, there is minimal space in the each doorway, things like that. 2) The wireless internet provided was extremely slow for us. Everything connected just fine, it was just dial up speeds or less which was sort of an inconvenience as this was we needed for the trip. When I emailed the owner about this, he offered to come by immediately to get it fixed. 3) There was great customer service throughout the entire experience from the booking to the end. This is important to us as we were a little weary of trying this Home Away thing. Now that we've done it, it's so worth it! 4) The neighborhood around it didn't look like the best of the best. The interior of the apartment is a lot nicer than you would expect considering the outside and neighboring areas. Overall, this was a pleasant and nice experience for us. I'd recommend going to the Sierra Nevada Brewery (as they cater to vegans) and also Farm Sanctuary from May-October during their tour season!
