Welcome to our vacation home rental on Lake Granby. If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet place to relax and enjoy the splendor of Colorado Mountains - you've found it! We are only 15 minutes away from Sol Vista Ski Area and 30 minutes away from Winter Park Ski Resort.
This is a brand-new, 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths, beautiful townhome, situated on Lake Granby. Huge windows, custom kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances, Heart Pine floors, tiled mosaic bathrooms, gas fireplaces, heated floors, and cozy furniture all to make you feel at home and relaxed. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom! The master suite has a natural stone fireplace, king size pillow top bed and a huge window overlooking pine trees and Lake Granby.
The location of this mountain home could not be better - in addition to being right on the second largest body of water in Colorado, you are only six miles away from the historical town of Grand Lake and the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Hot Sulphur Springs Spa and baths, one of Colorado's best kept secrets, is a short 20 minute drive.
Nearby summer activities include nearly all forms of water recreation: boating, water-skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, as well as kayaking and rafting on the adjoining three lakes and their tributaries. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities.
There are several golf courses in the area: Grand Lake's 18 hole public golf course just north of Grand Lake Village and Sol Vista Golf Resort down in Fraser Valley.
