Why the Owner Chose Palmira
Palmira is a special Country Club, 3 nine hole courses and great exercise/tennis and resort style pool. It is located 2 miles east of I75 so is away from all traffic noise, very peacefull and tranquill setting
The Unique Benefits at this Detached House
We like the ability to walk or run throughout the community. The club is member owned so with 325 members, it is easy to get a tee time, and also easy to make friends. You don't feel lost like in other larger communities

My wife and I are members of St Andrews in Scotland. We bought our first condo in Naples 10 years ago after almost buying in Hawaii. We subsequently bought in Palmira because we love the location, the golf course and the people. We also own 2 other investment properties in Vasari Country Club, located 5 minutes from Palmira. We stay in whichever is available to us, but Palmira is our preference.
