This lovely property with 4 bedrooms is located in Royal Harbor. It is just 1.5 miles to downtown Naples. You even can walk to the beautiful galleries and restaurants there.
The house offers a living room and a separate Florida room. The living room is furnished with a big comfortable and cozy sofa around the corner.
Next to the living area is the dining area where can seat six people around a glass table.
The Florida room with the sliding glass doors offers comfortable wicker furniture. It is just a sense of delight to sit in the tropical atmosphere of the Florida room overlooking the pool area and the canal.
The big white kitchen is fully equipped with all utilities.
The pool area offers a very nice dining table with an umbrella and six seats. From there you can overlook the canal with the boat dock. Bring your boat - it takes just a few minutes to Naples Bay.
Of course we offer a gas BBQ grill for your convenience.
The rental property offers three bathrooms.
Further we have 2 TVs in the house (one is in the living room, the second one is in the master bedroom).
