The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse/Condo
Guests will find unique details in this unit not found elsewhere. For example, this unit is truly handicap friendly with an electric chairlift from the terrace level (finished basement) to the main level/living area. The terrace level shower was built with seniors in mind with a very low step for access. In addition a handicap grab bar is installed in the master bath for safe entrance and exit to and from the jetted tub. Wheelchair access is also provided at the terrace level.
A flat panel TV in the master bath, a tempurpedic mattress and an electronic massage chair are other distinctive features in this Stoneledge beauty. The Bosch laundry facility in this house is also quite special and accommodates extra large loads.
