Perfect beachfront home with dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean and panoramic views from Monterey to Santa Cruz! Spectacular 3000 square foot home at Pajaro Dunes located on a secluded expansive beach on the magnificent Monterey Bay coastline.
The main house has three bedrooms--all with an ocean view. The Guesthouse is perfect for teenagers, kids or a separate family with 1-Queen bed, 4-Twin beds and a full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for your cooking needs. Just bring your food.
One of the few Pajaro homes that you can drive right to the front door--most homes in the area are accessed by a long boardwalk. The driveway will accomodate two cars, with nearby street parking for additional cars.
Pajaro Dunes has 24-hour security, biking & jogging trails, volleyball and basketball courts. The tennis courts are 1-block from the house. Kayaking and bird watching at Elkhorn Slough is ten minutes away.
Nearby cities such as Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel are only a 20-30 minutes away including famous golf courses, restaurants and the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Myself and my closest girlfriends stayed at your home for my 40th birthday and it was an absolutely fantastic weekend. There was plenty of space and for those who wanted to go to sleep at an earlier hour they were able to go to the cottage while others stayed up to catch up. While the hot tub did not work the first night we got there the owners we're quick to respond to my call for help and had a gentleman out there working to fix the problem the following morning. Thanks so much for a fantastic weekend and I hope to visit your home again.

This beachfront views can't be beat. The house itself is a bit quirky and dated though very clean and well maintained. For our reunion group of adult women it worked fine. But families with small children or folks with disabilities should take note. Also, would definitely need a car to get around. Watsonville is only 10 mins drive away and has all the supermarkets, etc for food shopping needs. The main house doesn't have an indoor staircase, so the two upstairs master suites are accessed via individual outside staircases. The back house is perfect for teens or unrelated adults as all the beds are in one big room and of course, external stairs. The room would be decidedly tight if both twin beds had each's trundle bed pulled out, as the room also has a queen sized bed in one corner and a sofa bed. The kitchen is roomy and stocked with all manner of glassware, appliances, plates and flatware. No problems there. The living areas - living room, balcony, jacuzzi - are spacious and comfortable. Overall, we had a terrific time.

Cori, We had a great time in Pajaro. The house and location were spectacular. The house worked really well. It was generously supplied with games, computer, wireless and kitchen supplies and basics. It may sound strange, but one of the best things about the house was the lack of rules. In many such paces one is confronted with lists of "thou shall ..." And "thou shall not....". It was of some comfort to come to a place where matters were largely based on a trust that reasonable people were going to act reasonably. Thank you.

We spent a long weekend at your house with my family - a long overdue trip for us. We had an amazing time and the house is just perfect! Plenty of room for our entire family (the separate guest house was great bonus). The house is big, plenty of room, clean and perfectly decorated. The hot tub on the deck over looking the ocean was a huge hit with the adults and the kids. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook and the dining table was big enough to seat all 10 of us. It was great to be able to sit on the deck and read a book while being close enough to see what the kids were doing on the beach below. We can't wait to come back next year. Hoping to make it an annual trip!

We are still coming down off an amazing high after spending 10 wonderful days at your home at Pajaro Dunes. EVERYTHING was great and the place was immaculate! The guesthouse was just perfect for our 15yr old daughter, who had a couple sets of friends down during our stay. It was a great place for them to get away and be teenagers, while allowing the adults to relax in the main house overlooking the ocean. I think we only turned on the TV once the entire time we were there! The hot tub was enjoyed by all, whether to warm up after a day of boogie boarding in the pacific, or just a little R&R. The fully equipped kitchen and its accommodations allowed us to BBQ and cook in every nite, which was great because we never wanted to leave! We can't wait to come back next year, and are definitely considering your Hawaii Home before the end of this year, Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a great time in this perfect beachfront home. The home is stocked with everything you can imagine and the spacious living room and TV room made for great games and conversations. We had a formal dinner one night and the view from the dining room was spectacular.
