This beautifully maintained two bedroom with loft, two bathroom, immaculate condo has all the comforts of home. Comfortably furnished throughout, with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and loft with two twins. TV/VCR or DVD (plenty of movies stocked) in each room. Nice deck with new deck furniture overlooking wooded area.
Enjoy a relaxing time at the private beach or at one of the 10 outdoor pools or 2 indoor pools. Beautiful biking and walking paths, 2 fitness centers - all within walking distance. Indoor/outdoor tennis facilities a one minute walk from condo. Great place for the family - with lots to do!

In lieu of repeating - the location and community are great for families. We enjoyed the beach and tennis and pool. We hit the 100 plus week so we were very appreciative of the good AC and hot showers. Your home is attractive and welcoming.

This is our first visit to Bethany Beach, we loved it. Our three boys kept busy the whole time. Beach is great, very family oriented. We loved the condo, everything was clean and comfortable. We will be returning next summer. Thanks for sharing your condo.

We had a wonderful tilme here on our first visit to Bethany Beach. Your condo is wonderful and we felt very much at home. On our last night here our boys asked "can we stay here next year"? Thank you for sharing your place with us. PS This place rocks (from boys).

Our first stay at Sea Colony. Nice accommadations, kid friendly. Everything was nice walking distance. Great place to create family memories. Hope to return next year.

Great location- very close to tennis center and easy walk to the beach. Nicely furnished and clean.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I stayed here last summer and had a GREAT time. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Lots to do! The condo is beautifully maintained and white glove clean!
