Relax and enjoy yourself in this spacious 2 master bedroom and 3 full bath 1300 sq ft retreat. Your vacation residence is just minutes from 3 world class ski resorts (drive or take the free bus, the bus stop is a short walk from your front door). Or take a 45 minute vista drive to Alta, Snowbird, Snow Basin, Brighton or Sundance. From the back deck enjoy the bike/cross country ski path (groomed) that will take you wherever you want to go.
Within an easy stroll is RED STONE TOWN CENTER featuring a wide variety of top restaurants, bars, shopping, galleries, ski/board rentals, Wild Oats, Redstone Cinema, state liquor store and much more. You can also hop the free bus and visit old town and walk the historical district and take in its fine dining and shopping.
Your retreat sleeps up to 6. There is a sleeper couch in the grand room that also features stunning views of the surrounding mountains and over looks the Swaner Nature Preserve (1100 acres home to snow foxes, Moose, countless birds and other wild life).
Relax in your personal hot tub after a day of play or sit under the deck heater and enjoy the views day or night. You may also enjoy movies on one of the three flat screen TV’s (one in each room with its own DVD player). In addition you have access to a complete office setup: high speed internet, flat screen monitor, keyboard and printer. Simply plug your laptop in and you are connected.
If you have a car it will be well protected in its own personal attached suite (one car garage) with remote.
You have all you need right here in your complete modern kitchen with granite counter tops and a gas range if you are inclined to create your own meals or just want to have access to light snacks.
