This beautiful 2500 sqft home is located in the Val Vista Lakes community. It has a beautiful pebbletec private fenced pool and spa. Guests have access to the clubhouse which amenities include: racquetball, tennis, weight room, heated lap pool etc.

This is a very cozy home with lots of sitting area and a wood burning fireplace. It has beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a large jetted tub in the bathroom. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs.

Easy access to all freeways. Within walking distance to shopping, groceries and a variety of restaurants. Located about 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix which will house this year's Super Bowl. About 20 minutes from Tempe which will house the Fiesta Bowl as well. More information available upon request.

  • This home was what we expected and more. Very clean and well decorated. The owners were very helpful in making our stay enjoyable. Nice neighborhood and the clubhouse was great.

  • We stayed at this home 10/30 - 11/2/2008. We were thrilled to find the home spotless and very comfortable. The furnishings are very nice and the beds/furniture was very comfortable. The home and surrounding area was very well kept. When we arrived, we had questions regarding the hot tub and the owners were very willing to come over and answer our questions. We will definately use this rental in the future. The owners were very welcoming and a delight to work with!

  • We stayed at the Val Vista Lakes home on Aug 3-7 2008. What a pleasant experience. We felt right at home with the decor. It was nice being with other Christians. The house was in a great location(2 miles from friends). We will recommend to others.
