Nestled behind the security gates is the quiet area of Duna La Quinta, offering expansive, incredible close-up views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and golf course of the Dunes of La Quinta Resort. This complex is located two bocks from the La Quinta Resort and Hotel, and directly across the street from La Quinta Country Club.
Duna La Quinta has three pools and spas all within a short walking distance of the condo (one about 300 feet away). A private two car garage is attached to the condo with additional street side parking.
Each master suite is furnished with new king-size beds and brand new carpeting. Two plasma TVs and one additional TV are in the unit. Each bedroom is separated by the living room and entry, for extreme privacy. Kitchen, baths living room and dining room are tiled floors. Living room has a Karastan area rug for warmth.

Golfing at the famous Dunes and Mountain courses of La Quinta Resort Hotel is available. SilverRock and PGA west are just minutes away. Shopping and dining at Old Town La Quinta is 4 blocks away. Nearby restaurants include Arnold Palmer's, Chappellis, Stuft Piza, Hogs Breath, Roz Amarilla, Azur at La Quinta Resort, and many, many others.
