This sunny, furnished one bedroom unit is located on 23rd Street between Valencia and Guerrero, between the desirable Noe Valley neighborhood, and the hip, emerging Valencia Street part of the Mission. This unit is perfect if you're coming here on vacation, if you're new to the city and want a hassle-free place to stay while looking for more permanent accommodations, or if you're here in the Bay Area on a short-term assignment.

*This is an upstairs front unit in a four unit building. It faces north, overlooking 23rd street. It has high 11' ceilings, Victorian detail, and Victorian furniture.
*Has a large eat-in kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, living room, office, full bath and a half-bath.
*This unit can accommodate a maximum of two people.
*Absolutely no smokers or pets.
*Unit is fully furnished, with mostly traditional Victorian furniture. Bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linens and kitchen equipment, dishes, etc. are provided. Owners’ clothes and personal effects have been removed from the unit and will not be in your way.
*Unit has a high speed wired and wireless Internet connection, and satellite TV service with DVR. No phone service is provided or available; you must use your cell phone.
*Building has a locked garage, and this unit has one parking space assigned to it. Space is adequate for a compact to medium sized car, but a big SUV or similar sized car won’t fit.
*Free washer/dryer in the basement for your use.
*Located right near the vibrant Valencia street corridor with restaurants, night life, and shopping. Within 10 minutes’ walk to the 24th street commercial area in Noe Valley.
*Centrally located in San Francisco, this apartment is within 20 minutes by car, cab or public transportation of downtown shopping, culture, and business destinations. Other destinations in the city are within 20-30 minutes by car or cab.
*Excellent access to both public transportation and highways. Less than 5 minutes walk to BART trains at 24th and Mission. 5 minutes’ walk to MUNI buses and the J-Church streetcar line. Several bus lines nearby. For those who drive downtown, to Silicon Valley or the east bay, access to 80 and 101 is close at the Cesar Chavez entrance; access to 280 is nearby at the San Jose on-ramp in Glen Park.
