PayDay Condos are located at PayDay, located at 1700 Three Kings Drive by the golf course and directly across from the new Silver Star Lift. The unit was refurbished in 2005 and has granite countertops, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, three decks including a hot tub, gas fireplace and a plasma TV. The condo has three floors with a master bedroom on the bottom floor, two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a loft with two twin beds on the third floor. There are three total bathrooms. There is a large mud-room at the front door to store skis, boots and other equipment. The unit sleeps eight comfortably. There are two queen-size beds, one bunk bed and two twin beds.
The unit is located directly across the street from the new SilverStar Lift. There is approximately a 50 foot walk to the elevator that takes you right to this new lift. As such, you can avoid the crowds and long lines at the base resort. The bus stop is also a short walk from the condo.
A deposit and rental agreement is required. Housekeeping service is provided. The unit is priced approximately 20% less than the rate from a management company for a similar unit in PayDay. |
