VILLA ULIVI is an independent house hemmed in the pine forest of Casarza Ligure, a small town close by to Sestri Levante, on the Ligurian Coastline of the Italian Riviera.
Surrounded by a lovely garden with secular olive trees, the Villa offers on a two floors an area of 120mq so composed:
Entrance/living room with sofa, T.V, CD-player, HiFi Stereo, DVD, ensuite area with natural wood fireplace, one fully equipped kitchen with lavabo, burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and laundry machine.
An elegant natural teak wood stair leads you up to the first floor with one twin bedded room (2 single beds), one double room with letto matrimoniale, 2 bathrooms of which one with bathtub.
The double room has an ensuite private area with direct access to the garden suitable as living area or as nursery for babies (in this case upon request we can provide baby cot, highchair, baby-changing table, and potty-chair).
Both the twin and the double room have floors in teak wood and balcony overlooking the green pine forest.
The Villa is exclusively NON-SMOKING.
No pets are allowed.
Not suitable for elderly or handicapped individuals.
A private covered garage completes the property
The Villa is suitable for both families and couples aiming for a peaceful area but still central.

The closest train and bus station is in Sestri Levante (2km)
Highway exit (A12 Genova-Livorno) is in Sestri Levante (2km)
Car is suggested to have easier access to the area around
