Our luxurious, five bedroom, 3 bath villa in the award-winning Terra Verde Resort features all the desired amenities and is furnished to the highest standard by the owners for your comfort. Our screened pool and spa pool provide a luxurious place to relax and enjoy the Florida sun between activities, and will be a big hit with the kids. Terra Verde is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Disney World with easy access to Universal Studios, Sea World and many Championship Golf Courses. We are centrally located between the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf Coast Beaches and Cape Canaveral, making all close enough for an enjoyable day trip. Come and be our guest! Our villa features two en-suite Master bedrooms - one king bed and one queen, another full-size bedroom plus two children’s rooms one with 2 twin beds and the other with a bunk bed. Three bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. We also offer a pack'n'play, highchair and baby monitor for our youngest guests. Our family room features a 32" TV and DVD for your viewing enjoyment as well as a stereo/CD player and iPod docking station, and our kitchen is fully equipped for great family meals or a simple snack. Our games room features a pool table, foosball and darts.

  • My family spent a week at this rental over the Easter break and we had a fantastic time. The house if beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay. The kids loved their bedroom and the pool. The house is close to shopping and the majority of the attractions. We definatley hope to rent this house many times in the future.

  • Great place. Lots of room and a great set up - for a large family or a group of friends (we were 5 guys on a golf trip). Close to everything you need without the usual Orlando noise. The house is in a very quiet gated communitee. The club house staff were very helpful. We'll be back.

  • My Family stayed at this 5BR house and it was such a treat to have everything you needed to enoy your vacation. A home away from home. The property is well maintained and the area is close to Disney, restaurants, Wal-mart and even an Arabian Nights show. The neighbors are very friendly. It was so nice just waking up and relaxing in your living room over looking the pool and watching the ducks swim in the lake. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Florida whether you want to go to exciting Disney or just relax in a peaceful setting and enjoy the surroundings.
