Our villa features two en-suite Master bedrooms - one king bed and one queen, another full-size bedroom plus two children’s rooms one with 2 twin beds and the other with a bunk bed. Three bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. We also offer a pack'n'play, highchair and baby monitor for our youngest guests. Our family room features a 32" TV and DVD for your viewing enjoyment as well as a stereo/CD player and iPod docking station, and our kitchen is fully equipped for great family meals or a simple snack. Why the Owner Chose Terra Verde Resort
We have 2 young children. Our first Disney family vacation was at one of the Disney properties. Our sons were 2 years old and 5 months. We were all crammed into a small hotel room and it was lights out for everyone by 8pm. I was forced to write my postcards in the hotel lobby. Our next Disney vacation was at our own home.
We looked at many resorts but liked the location of Terra Verde - 10 minutes east of Disney, away from the traffic on the west side of Disney, yet close to the restaurants of the US192. Our home is close enough to the clubhouse to be a short walk, 6 houses away - you won't need the car.

This was our second time staying at this house, and we plan to return! A beautiful view of the water and very close to the clubhouse. Very clean and modern with plenty of bedrooms. It's an easy drive to Disney, Sea World, and (of course) the outlet malls. Very close to a Wal-Mart with groceries. The best thing is the private pool overlooking the little lake with a water fountain and a path for walking. It's one of the closest lots to the clubhouse. At the clubhouse there is the big pool, tiki bar, playground, etc. Fantastic! We enjoyed spending afternoons and even the whole day here, as a day off from the amusement parks. We can't wait to return!

I would just like to say what a wonderful holiday my family and I have just had staying in this lovely house in the Terra Verde Resort. We spent a considerable time researching where to stay (having stayed in Orlando some 5 years ago) taking into consideration, price, closeness to theme parks, shops and the resort itself. This property ticked all the boxes! Although there were only 5 of us in our family, we needed to find a property that could sleep more if possible incase our friends or family were able to join us but was reasonably priced should it end up just being us five. The house was wonderful - really well equipped and beautifully clean. It was really close to the main club house so my husband was able to pop along to use the pool bar while I enjoyed the comfort of lounging within our own pool at the house. The Walmart is just a couple of minutes away and restaurants are only a few minutes further - we would really recommend Logan's if you fancy a fantastic steak!. While tucked away within a peaceful resort, the house is still really close to the theme park areas - we timed our travel to Sea World at only 13 minutes from the house. We only experienced one small problem with the house during our stay but a quick phone call to the management team who are based just down the road had it sorted within a couple of hours - excellent service!!! Many thanks for allowing us to borrow your home for our holiday - we had the most fantastic time ever! My son was particularly thrilled at the 'wild life' he found living in the lake at the back of the property........what a fantastic thing to see for any 9 year old, especially one from England who would normally have to visit a zoo to see such sites - and it only had three legs too!

Disney Lake House was the perfect vacation home for us for a week in the Disney area. It was centrally located and Terra Verde was a beautiful resort. The owners were very helpful when I needed to make a change to our arrival and the house was furnished with everything we could need. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to the area!

We stayed at this home for 12 nights. The house was much nicer than I had expected. Our party consisted of six adults, a three year old and two babies. We had more than enough room. The children enjoyed the pool in the backyard. We also used the pool at the clubhouse, and the playground. We enjoyed walking the grounds and feeding the ducks, while feeling totally safe, since we were in a gated community. We would recommend this home to our friends and family. Our vacation was a good experience from finding the house, contacting the owner, to a welcome check in on arrival. We cannot wait to return!!!

We had a nice time at the house. It is a great house with plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool and the play room. It was clean and well decorated. I would recommend this house to rent to anyone. We had a wonderful time and if we ever go back we will surely try to rent this house. We went with a couple who had kids. 8 people comfortably.

My family spent a week at this rental over the Easter break and we had a fantastic time. The house if beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay. The kids loved their bedroom and the pool. The house is close to shopping and the majority of the attractions. We definatley hope to rent this house many times in the future.

Great place. Lots of room and a great set up - for a large family or a group of friends (we were 5 guys on a golf trip). Close to everything you need without the usual Orlando noise. The house is in a very quiet gated communitee. The club house staff were very helpful. We'll be back.

My Family stayed at this 5BR house and it was such a treat to have everything you needed to enoy your vacation. A home away from home. The property is well maintained and the area is close to Disney, restaurants, Wal-mart and even an Arabian Nights show. The neighbors are very friendly. It was so nice just waking up and relaxing in your living room over looking the pool and watching the ducks swim in the lake. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Florida whether you want to go to exciting Disney or just relax in a peaceful setting and enjoy the surroundings.
