Powder View Lodge is a Beautiful Private Alpine Home located 8 miles south of Breckenridge and the ski slopes. A scenic 10 to 15 minute drive through the mountains on highway 9 takes you to Incredible Views, privacy, quiet; peaceful surroundings, trees, and wildlife, while still being close enough to town to access all that Breckenridge has to offer. The house is located just off Highway 9, 202 County Road 856. We are in Summit County, only a few miles from the continental divide. WINTERTIME RENTALS REQUIRE A 4 WHEEL DRIVE!

The house is 2400 Square feet. 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath. It is light and bright with a very large upstairs great room for relaxation and entertaining. We have a 42" LCD flat screen TV in the living room and a 27" TV in the master bedroom; both with DIRECTV service. New washer and dryer, a wood burning stove, and a brand new 6 person hot tub for your enjoyment. We have WIFI internet access for travelers who bring a laptop. The game room downstairs has a foosball table and an air hockey table to keep the kids occupied. The home is comfortably furnished. The bedrooms are decorated with warm comfy bedding. The kitchen is complete with service for 12. Those looking for a true Rocky Mountain feel will find this the perfect setting for their vacation.

In addition to the ski slopes that Breckenridge is famous for, other world class skiing is an hour or less away; including: Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper, Keystone, A-Basin & Loveland. Other outdoor activities in the area make Breckenridge a true year round destination for outdoor activities; including: Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing,ice skating, Fishing, horseback riding, Golf, Hiking, rafting, biking, & Atv's. Truly too many activities to list them all.
