It couldn't be easier to launch from the nearby dock that will set you to sail on Clermont's 13 interlocking lakes! Or ride your motorcycle on nearby country roads.

Pamper yourself while on vacation or in the area for business. This newly remodeled 1,400 square foot home has a wall of glass looking out onto Lake Minnehaha in Clermont, Florida.

There is plenty of room for everyone. "My Friend's Lake House" can accommodate eight people with 1 futon, 2 twin beds, 1 queen & a king.
The luxurious master suite is complete with a large master bath and oversized wheelchair accessible shower plus a mini fridge.

On short notice, arrangements may be made for the master suite only, for a very romantic nightly rental.

This newly furnished retreat offers a full kitchen, dining room and family room in an open floor plan. Plus, have fun on the screened sun porch or 28'X 34' deck, wrapped around 2 majestic 100 year old oak trees. You won't find a more beautiful setting to grill those steaks.
