This condo is "flyer friendly" including beach towels! Your view from the Gulf Front Lanai provides you with a direct view of Sanibel to the right and Naples to the left. The Lanai is accessible from the Master Bedroom or Living Room. If you are an early riser, you can watch the dolphins play in the surf.
All 35 units of this complex are privately owned with a manager on site daily from 9A-4P. We are located mid-island within walking distance to Publix Supermarket. There is a trolley that provides transport on and off the beach.
We enjoy our little bit of paradise and enjoy sharing it.
