A fantastic experience at a beautiful condo. When I was looking for a place for our visit to FMB, I had a few criteria in mind...a location on the Gulf, close proximity to the trolley and grocery store, a quiet part of the beach, and a well maintained condo. This location fit the bill perfectly! The photos on the website accurately represent what to expect in terms of the interior of the condo and the view of the Gulf. The managers of the building are friendly and accessible and Nancy is a great owner to work with. All the "extra's" you need are already there...including pantry items, toiletries, beach towels, a variety of beach toys/supplies, as well as games/DVDs etc available for check out from the condo management office. In terms of general characteristics of FMB and our families experience there...We enjoyed parasailing, kayaking, shelling, waverunners, souvenir shopping, many walks/runs on the beach, and to the delight of my youngest daughter, dolphins playing in the Gulf right outside the condo in the mornings (getting very close to shore). Overall, a great place for a family vacation! We hope to come back again in the future. Thank you, Nancy!

First, the view was the best possible. When we walked in, we saw the Gulf from the front door and it was fantastic. The condo was very, very clean and so comfortable. Nancy (the owner) goes the ultimate distance to make your stay a wonderful vacation. She is great to work with! We were so happy that she shared her beach home with us! She wanted us to make wonderful family memories and we certainly did! The location is mid-island and convenient for everything, especially grocery shopping. The charter company at the back of Publix was excellent and inexpensive. We rented bikes from Quicky Rentals and road them up and down the beach and all over Lover's Key. We saw Manatees and dolphins at Lover's Key. A must go. I would recommend Nancy's condo and stay there again!!

Our week in Nancy's condo was our honeymoon, and it was absolutely PERFECT in every way. Nancy is very straight-forward but so nice and caring. The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay there. Publix is only a minute away, and we had some meals in and some meals out. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai every morning, enjoying our coffee while the dolphins cruised by. There are more restaurants on the island than you can get to in a week, and most of what we had was good. We also spent a nice afternoon at Lover's Key, another short drive away. We're already talking about spending our first anniversary in the condo, and would love to make it an annual event. Thank you Nancy!!!

A wonderful vacation stay - convenient to everything - beach and stores and restaurants are close. The condo was a perfect stay especially as she says for 'flyer-friendly guests'. Many conveniences including towels, and a well-stocked kitchen for making coffee in the morning to enjoying seafood bought at local seafood markets. Publix is very close for quick stops. The garage was an added benefit to keep your car in the cool. There were beach towels and floats and the condo provides chairs for the beach. We saw manatees, dolphins, beautiful sunsets, sand dollars and plenty of shells. We were sad to leave and had a wonderful and very relaxing stay that we needed. We would highly recommend Nancy's condo and would love to return.

When we checked in it was obvious that this owner was sensitive to the need of travelers. The short story was that almost everything that one would use, personally and for the beach, was provided at this unit. Even a closet in the "garage" was stocked with beach items for the young and older. This unit also has a designated parking place underneath the condo and out of the sun. A plus for sure on hot days. Upon entering the unit there was a bottle of wine with two glasses and a note wishing us a happy stay....classy. The condo appeared to be very clean and new with just the right amount of furnishings and accents...not too much and not too little. Flat screen TVs in both bed rooms and living room, with cable provided. The wireless cable access was free and one of the fastest speeds that we have experienced as travelers. Only a couple of blocks from a Publix grocery store and a couple of miles more or less from the center of the local small shops and the Pier. The grounds were manicured and the on-site mangers were friendly and very responsive. A grassy area at the rear of the condo, on the Gulf, provided an option to the sandy beach, and the just-right sized pool was a cooling break from the sun and sand. There are screens on the patio to prevent insects from annoying one while they are relaxing or taking a break from the beach. It is my understanding that screens are common place in the area because of the insects in summer. So if one doesn't like a screened-in patio, etc. then one should probably consider another part of Florida. If we ever return, this property will be our first choice.

This was the first time my husband and I rented a condo on the beach. We had such a nice relaxing vacation. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Nancy is very nice to talk to and is so thoughtful. We loved having coffee on the lanai every morning and if you forgot anything, she had the closets stocked. We have already recommended it to friends and family and hope to return again soon!

We can't thank you enough for the wonderful condo that you provided for us. All the extras such as the beach towels/chairs/toys/umbrellas made our stay wonderful. We also liked the added touch of welcoming us with a nice bottle of wine, it made us feel very welcome. Your condo is beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The highlight of our trip was when we were able to view the dolphins right from the balcony. Listing to the waves as we fell asleep is also a memory that we will never forget. Thank you for opening up your home to us, nothing could have been more perfect

Staying in Nancy's condo is like having a member of your family give you the keys to their home. Nancy makes sure all the comforts you could possibly need are there for you. There are so many extra perks that I could go on forever. Just a few of the things you can usually count on being there are....all the paper products you could ever need are there. Condiments, full spices, coffee, laundry soap, wine, liquor, long distance phone, hair dryer, curling irons, sewing kit, binoculars, misc sunscreens and all bathroom toiltries and many other items. Do not go grocery shopping ( Publix in only 1.5 blocks away) until you have checked the cupboards. Use what you need and leave what you can. A covered garage for your car, beach toys and chairs. The list goes on from there. We would never consider staying anyplace else. Located perfectly at the quiet center of the island. Nancy is constantly updating and bringing in more comforts every year. Not to mention that you are on the second floor, end unit, right on the beach. It just doesn't get any better than this. Homer and Karen are the building managers, they are a wonderful couple and do an exceptional job in upkeep and maintenance of the whole facility. The laundry facility is always 100% spotless and all machines are always working. There is internet on premis, and a commons computer and video (vhs) library for all guests. Nancy even has a printer in the unit that you can easily go on line and download into your own computer. I would say to have the courtsey to replace her paper if you consume lots. How many of you can enjoy your office on the beach? All I can say is that I hope no one reading this ever wants my regular dates. I count on my bi annual trips to Nancys paradise on the beach. No one would ever be dissapointed with a stay at Pointe South. I would give Nancy's unit a TEN star rating !!

My new Husband and I got married right outside the condo, just steps from the beach! It was beautiful, Nancy joined us in our celebration. Nancy's condo is fantastic- was spotless, practically brand new feeling, the grounds are beautiful, peaceful, very restful - we wanted for nothing! All we had to do was shop for our entrees, everything else was there. Nancy is the best Hostess, very detail oriented. This was THE BEST vacation ever and we plan on spending as many anniversaries as we can here!

I've stayed at various beach condos in Florida, and this is the cleanest, best-outfitted one I've experienced. Its location is beautiful with gorgeous views of the shore. The condo isn't large, with both bedrooms opening directly into the living room, but everything else about it is perfect and the owner is very gracious and helpful. I recommend it highly

We've stayed here each year for the last 3 years and couldn't imagine finding a more perfect vacation getaway. My wife and I comment on how it's like having our own vacation home without all the costs and responsibilities. The unit is immaculate and offers us everything that we could possibly need to make us feel right at home. The complex is quiet and at times you feel like your on your own private beach. We've stayed at all the big crowded resorts with packed beaches over the years and it really makes you appreciate the privacy at Pointe South. Thanks so much sharing your beautiful home with us and we can't wait to get back again next year.

Incredible vacation location! This condo is spotless. The renter is amazing to deal with...very accomodating! You will fall in love with the sunsets...only minutes to mainland Fort Myers... The beach is breathtaking and you can walk for miles on the soft white sand...lots of shells but not too many to make the sand rough. Beach Trolley service has a stop infront of this location to allow you to travel up and down the island for .50 a trip! Must stop at Heavenly Biscquit to enjoy homemade goodies...fresh seafood only a few min away...location has brand new outdoor grills to cook on... This renter has the condo completely set up for 'flyers' with shampoo, soaps, cleaning products and enough things to get you by until you get groceries. We have rented here now for 2 years and plan to come back for many more!

Staying in this condo is absolutely amazing! Nancy cares for her unit with such detail. Besides being immaculate and so very comfortable, everything you could possibly need or want is provided. This corner unit has a breathtaking view and is so peaceful. Very often we would watch the dolphins as we ate our breakfast on the lanai, or enjoy a sunset at dinner. My husband and I love this spot! It is also a great destination for a "girls' getaway".....sooo relaxing, but wonderful shopping and restaurants are just minutes away! Definately our best vacation spot ever!!
