This luxurious penthouse condo is in the 5-Star Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa Complex. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2025 sq. ft. condo with an additional 820 sq. ft. terrace has a spectacular sunrise view overlooking the Sierra Madre mountain range and the marina waterway. The terrace also overlooks the lush floral tropical grounds which surround a private pool, stone hot tub and wading pool. There is also a palapa bar which includes a gas grill and sink for outdoor grilling beside the pool. Should you decide to rent a car parking is included located in the basement level. The entire complex is gated with 24 hour security.
The Master BR has a king size bed and Jacuzzi tub. The bathroom has double sinks, shower and a separate tub. The second BR has a king size bed and private bathroom with double sinks and shower. The third BR has 2 full size beds and private bathroom with a single sink and shower. All BR’s have TV, DVD, VCR and individual climate control thermostats for your individual personal comfort. Also included is a washer and dryer. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator with ice & water in the door, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils. A spacious living room and dining room, which features an 8 ft. billiard table, overlooks the marina and mountain range. The terrace has abundant seating with a wet bar and refrigerator.
This is an exclusive five star resort area including a beautiful boulevard lined with many trees and flowering bushes. You can walk around the area day or night without worry. My husband and I stayed for 10 days late June, early July and found the condo to be all that the pictures led one to believe it might be. When some say pictures don't do reality justice, I'd have to agree but now that I look back at them, I can picture my husband sitting on the deck, my sisters playing pool and me sitting at the breakfast bar checking Facebook. During this time of the year, the off season, we felt quite priviledged as it seemed that we had the entire Grand Marina Villas to ourselves, never having to share the pool, jacuzzi or barbecue Palapa with any other guests. It was very quiet and comfortable. And at any given time of day you could find someone tending to the lush landscaping or mopping hallways or washing windows. Everything was very clean and well kept. During our stay, someone called the room asking about the condo since they couldn't believe that it could possibly be as the photos depicted and I can say, it is all that and more. I'll have terrific memories about this place and our time in Puerto Vallarta for the rest of my life.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have stayed in Don & Sherry's condo 2 times now and will back every November!! The condo is beautiful, clean & spacious with everything you need. The main resort is a short walk away with great resuarants, activities and nightly events that are always a fun option. The plaza mall, which is a very short walk, has everything from a grocery store, restaurants, subway, mcdonalds, dominos, apparel and so much more. The private pool within the condo compound is a nice place to go when you want to relax and just lay out in the sun. (the resort pools can be very crowded and noisy). All in all this is our favorite vacation destination to go every November !!!!
