The unit has a high quality queen futon bed, a/c mini-split, ceiling fan, TV, equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and stove. Wooden table with 1 tall chair and 1 stool, beautiful bathroom and an outside table with umbrella and 2 chairs, also 2 additional Adirondack chairs for relaxation.
We are located at:

(when you try to see us in a map, it’s very important, that you can see that we are between the McLeary street and the Loiza street. If you don’t see that we are between these 2 streets, then it’s not where we are located).

There are a lots of things to do in PR; such as relaxing in any of our beautiful beaches,night life, good restaurants, water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, ziplining, rapelling, caving, kayaking, canopy bridges, horseback riding, ATVs, Side by Side vehicles, amphibious vehicles or visiting many of our attractions or popular towns such as our capital San Juan and the historic city of Old San Juan, the Rainforest “el Yunque”; Fajardo where you can also take the ferry to Culebra or Vieques island; Cayey, Aibonito, Ponce, Cabo Rojo, Parguera, Mayaguez, San German, etc.

To reserve this is how it works:
1) I send you the policies which you may read and agree before reserving
2) Then I send you a PayPal Money Request of the 50% of the Total. (The PayPal system is the safest way to make deals by internet; safe for you and safe for me. When you go to it’s webpage, you can read information of Paypal and how they work). You just follow the steps and you will be able to perform the operation.
3) The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in CASH ONLY.
4) The security deposit must be handled in upon arrival TRAVELERS CHECKS or CASH ONLY. Security Deposit: $200 Reddish and Studio unit; $300 house unit. The same day of your departure we make an inspection of the unit and if everything is ok and there is no damage to the property, we return the security deposit at the moment.
5) If you are going to take a Taxi to get to our place, there is a taxi driver who we know and know where we are located. His name is Jose (Berti). You may call him at (787) 297-9924 at least a day before to make arrangements or take a taxi at the airport, but with Berti you’ll get here directly with out getting lost.
6) Once your flight arrives, please contact us at (787) 530-7002, so you’ll be sure that we are at the property waiting for you; the same applies if your have changes in your flight, please contact us so you’ll be sure that we are at the property waiting for you. If you don’t contact us to inform us of any changes in your arrival hour, we might not be at the property and to get there can take us minutes as hours (so please be sure to contact us if any changes). Remember this not a hotel, these are apartments for rent.
6) Once you get to our place, we give you some explanations, show you the unit, you give us the remaining balance and the security deposit and we give you the keys. Enjoy PR and have fun!

It was a nice stay. Room is small but enough for my stay. It was very cool inside despite hot and sunny everyday. I didn't even turn on the AC for once. It's very close to the beach. Too bad I didn't have much time to enjoy the beach because I was at a meeting there. Ani is a very good lady. She even drove me to do grocery shopping on my arrival. My only concern is the internet didn't work very well inside. But as I was outside most of the time, this was not a big issue.
Owner response:Will like to explain that inside the studio sometimes is difficult to maintain the internet connection but at the outside area there is a table with chairs where the internet connection is great!

I stayed here in November 2010 for 15 days. It was the most sincere and great vocation in my life, for what many thanks and my respect to Ani and her friends! At most Studio very convenient arrangement - all is nearby, within the walking reach. To a beach is 5 minutes of walking, shop - 10 minutes. Studio is not very big, but very convenient, cozy and clean, all is - a bedroom, a table corner, kitchen, a bathroom, separate place for clothes. Ani and her neighbors helped me in all and in general became for me true friends, almost a family. Now I simply dream to return to this place and to remain there forever. So I can say that I had the most beautiful rest among wonderful people in a surprising place. And of course I would recommend this studio to everyone.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

Me and my wife stayed there for a week and we had a blast. The place is great and Ani Colon is the most friendly person you can ever meet. It is in walking distance to the beach and to the supermarket as well as other stores and shopping centers. I had a great time and certainly will be staying there again.

Now we have an extra one (the redish room unit, which is the most economical but beautifully decorated with the basic needs to have a great stay). These are the kind of guest that when upgrade is available they really deserve it. Thank you guys and I hope your wife passed the test and that she becomes the professional she wants to be. Come back when ever you want; getaways are greats......!

I really enjoyed my stay at this studio. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach. The air conditioning in this studio was ice cold. The room was cozy and clean. The property was well maintained and the photos listed were accurate. The owner was very helpful and also offered some great advice to where the best local night life was happening. I felt safe sleeping here. It was in a great location because I could walk to the bakery and grocery store. Also, I didn't have to pay $15 a day for parking like the majority of hotels in the area. This is really an excellent deal. I would recommend this studio to everyone. In fact, we are going to stay in the house next to the studio this year. I'm bringing more of my family and my boyfriend with me this time. We are looking forward to renting this property on other future trips to Puerto Rico.
