We only have 2 units (the studio for 2 persons and the house unit that accommodates up to 8 persons).
Please understand that the special rates are only if you qualify with the requirements, we will not make exceptions.
We are located between Isla Verde and Condado (2 main touristic areas with hotels restaurants, etc.. Isla verde is where the airpoort is and after Condado you reach the Historic City of Old San Juan). We are located in the Rampla del Almirante street, between the Mcleary street and the Loiza street!!!
Walking ditance to:
beach, park, restaurants, bakery, mini marts, grocery store, banks, walgreens, fast foods, shopping center, etc.
20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Condado
20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Isla Verde
10 minute drive to Old San Juan.

We have an excellent location and in a nice neighborhood, such as our guest have said to us: "the location is perfect, it's near everything".
We are between ISLA VERDE and CONDADO. Isla Verde is where the airport is and it 's also a very touristic area with hotels, restaurants, etc. Condado is also a touristic area with hotels, restaurants, etc.

Equipped with WIFI (cordless internet), high quality queen size futon (the mattress only, cost us $800), a/c mini split, ceiling fan, TV /Cable, refrigerator, microwave, full equipped kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom.
The studio is very clean and has a perfect location: located in the area "where the action is"! Just a block from the Ocean Park Beach, walking distance to the Barbosa park with tennis courts, running track, etc.; shops, hotels, casinos and restaurants. LOT OF ACTION AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WEEKENDS, THE BEACH IS A MUST IN THE WEEKENDS!

A new restaurant specialized in hamburgers; all the types of hamburgers you can imagine. I whent and liked it!
Just re- openned since Sept 2009. This use to be a well knowed restaurant, located today near the same area where it was before ( to be exact, it was located where its now Top Burger). Their cips with
A laudromat just 10 minute walk from the proeprty, in case you want to return to you r home with all your laundry done!
Nearby the property is this shopping center where you will find: Selectos grocery store, Western Auto, Walgreens, Merianne, Subway, Pitusa, RG Mortgage, a laundromat, a hair salon, etc.
You just can't miss this bakery!. The perfect place to breacfast but also to lunch or have dinner. very near the property.
Just in front of the beach of Ocean Park. The spot where I like to go when I go to the beach! You can be in the beach and can be pampered by the food and beverage service of the hotel.

This is a msut if you come to San Juan; Good, Pretty and Cheap! If you want to taste "un plato criollo" here is a good choice to go.
