Unit 816 has two bedrooms that qualify as bedroom suites with privacy of connected bath and the luxurious touches that will add to your comfort. The unit has every amenity to make your stay a memorable experience.

Located within The Wharf complex, guests enjoy fine dining and shopping, special productions available at the Amphi Theatre, movies at Rave Movie Theatres, Ferris Wheel rides, and everything offered through the Armada Club to include water activities at the Oasis, fishing trips, and other enjoyable recreational activities for families or groups. The exclusive Golf Club of the Wharf is available for your golfing pleasure and provides guests with all the amenities of a private championship course.

With Fall in swing and Winter fast-approaching, enjoy a relaxing get-away in a luxury condo with friends or family for $173/night. Weekly rates are $1,038, and monthly rates are only $1,508. These rates extend to February 28, 2012.

Payment is accepted for MC, Visa, Discover, and American Express: 30% charged at time of booking with the remainder charged 30 days prior to check-in. A one-time fee of $30.00 is charged for credit card processing. A standard 11% tax is charged on the total room rate and a $104.00 departure fee covers cleaning & restocking of the unit.                         We are just returning home from our stay in this condo, July 16 thru 19. The condo is amazing with plenty of room. We had three adults and three teens. The owner was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions that I had. This condo will meet the needs of anyone!

                        Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

                        We really enjoyed staying,but condo need alot of maintance. Carpets needed cleaning and Ac filter was dirty .Great location.Need more information on the condo, how to work DVD player, how to get in!!!. I will still go back there. Maintance fixed everything quickly.

                        Owner response: OCT 2009: We recently hired our own condo maintenance person, who inspects status of unit cleaning after guest departures, makes any necessary repairs and routine maintenance. In addition, he coordinates all deep cleaning services to include carpet, draperies, and bedding. We were also very unhappy with the services we were receiving from our property managers; hopefully this addition will improve the overall enjoyment of our guests.

                      About the owner: We bought our unit in 2007 and have it open for rentals year round. We own a second unit in Gulf Shores, which we have owned for about 8 years. Heyward uses this unit as lodging for work and family visits year round.
