Enjoy this beautiful second floor direct oceanfront villa, which has been professionally decorated and is newly furnished. This villa, approximately 1700 square feet, has three spacious bedrooms, each of which has its own private bathroom. The kitchen has been newly renovated with all cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New carpeting has been installed throughout. In addition to the TV in the living room, there are flat screen TV's in each bedroom. Two bathrooms have been totally renovated in 2010 with new fixtures, granite counters, and travertine, walk-in showers. The third bath was renovated in 2011.
Relax while looking at the ocean on the larger balcony outside of the living room, or the smaller balcony off the master bedroom. There is a large swimming pool for guests of Ocean One, as well as both elevator and stairway access to this unit.
This villa is located in the impeccably maintained Ocean One complex, which is within close walking distance to Coligny Plaza and right next to the Holiday Inn. Walk to one of the more than 60 shops or restaurants at Coligny, or rent bikes next door to ride on the miles of sandy beach in front of Ocean One. There are also numerous golf courses nearby. All of these make the location of this villa one of the most sought after on Hilton Head Island.
This unit is non-smoking, with no pets allowed.

Our family spent Christmas weekend at this updated and very clean villa and loved it. The views of the ocean were amazing and the updated kitchen was fabulous. The beach was a short walk down the private beach acess and everything you would want or need is right within Coligny circle. We look forward to visiting this villa again!

This is a lovely condo with a great location. You can see the ocean, across a green lawn and the dune, from the balconies. With just one flight of stairs - or an elevator and available luggage carts when you're carrying bags or other items - it is so quick to get to the parking lot, pool or beach, and within walking distance of the Tiki Bar, groceries and other shops and restaurants. It was great for our group to have the bedrooms situated enough off the main living area for everyone to have as much privacy as they wanted while still being close to everything. The kitchen has just about everything you need to prepare meals there, and the laundry room is extremely convenient especially for tossing in wet beach towels. We have been in many condos and beach houses over the years and this one has everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely condo last week. The location was great, and the beautiful ocean views were so relaxing. The condo was wonderfully appointed with everything we needed. My husband and I, along with another couple, stayed in this condo the week of 5/22/10 and absolutely loved it. We had been to Hilton Head several times in years past, but this was the nicest condo and the best location yet! The kitchen is gorgeous, as are the walk-in showers in two of the baths. With three bedrooms and three adjoining baths, this condo felt extremely spacious. The views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed having beverages on the balcony each evening while looking out at the ocean. There are numerous restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The owners were extremely helpful, as was their management company. We will definitely be back, and are hoping to stay for two weeks next time.

We loved the condo, the flat screen tv's in all the bedrooms were an added bonus, the bathrooms are beautiful, the furnishings are comfortable, and the kitchen is wonderful, it is obvious to all of us the owners take pride in maintaining and updating their condo, will return every chance we get even if it is just for a weekend stay off season. We have stayed in many units at Ocean One over the past 18 years and this is definitely a favorite.
