• More than 30 days from arrival: 1 night charge as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days from arrival: 50% charge as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days from arrival (Holiday/Spring Break): 100% charge as cancellation fee.
• Cancellations must be made via email.
• Reservation changes: $25. No changes within 10 days of arrival.
• No refunds for early departures, holidays, or spring break nights.

Thank you so very much for the condo. We had an awesome time!!!! We found the place fairly easy to get to (there was a portion of route 8 which is not marked so we were a little nervous). The check in process was very easy and the staff was great!! While we were there we had two days of inactivity because of the weather but we didn't care because the condo was so comfortable!!!! We were finally able to venture out to downtown which was easy driving - and we ate at the Aqua...something. Good food, large quantities, great service and oh yeah...free tequila shots ;-) The staff at Las Palomas was incredible!!! They were so attentive and courteous. Your place is b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l!!!!! We felt like we were on a segment of The Rich and Famous! I can most assuredly guarantee you that next year I will be knocking on your door again!!! Once again - thank you!!!
