Best of the best! Was the model unit for the development. Completed in 2005 and located on the 1st floor of the last building in Ocean Village, this corner/end unit looks directly to the beach and south over a conservation area. The large windows make it very bright. Because the parking garage is under the building, the ocean views are excellent even from the 1st floor.
The home is fully furnished with every upgrade including granite counter tops, tile floors and custom finishes throughout. The unit has only been used by us or rented to friends to date. References will be requested.
Ocean Village offers several amenities at no charge to residents or renters including a beach front restaurant and pool, 9 hole executive golf course ($3 in season), bocce and 10 tennis courts, all set on 3000' of beach. St. Lucie County offers more daily fee golf than any other county on the Treasure Coast, the Mets spring training, local theater, restaurants, and great fishing from a deep water inlet. If you need more, Palm Beach is 90 minutes away and Vero Beach is 30 minutes - Disney about 2.5 hours.
Our preference would be for a seasonal or longer tenant, but will consider other alternatives. The quiet and privacy of this home is unique and when you walk out to the beach and turn south, the next condo is 8.5 miles away.
