The elegant town of Naples is located on Florida's Gulf Coast, with its famous white sandy beaches and clear waters.

On the doorstep of Naples are the Everglades and some fascinating National Parks and Reserves. Shopping is superb with a great choice from the designer boutiques of Fifth Avenue to the many Outlet Malls for bargain hunters. Downtown Naples is famous for its historic pier, Tin City, restaurants, galleries and its relaxed ambiance.

Golfers are particularly well catered for, with many public courses and driving ranges locally. Water sports enthusiasts can swim, surf, ski, fish, hire a boat or jet-ski in the warm waters of the Gulf. Naples also boasts over 500 restaurants and bars. For those in search of excitement, the rides and rollercoasters of Busch Gardens and neighbouring water park are a two hour drive away, just outside Tampa.

Located in Briarwood, a gated community, this Non-Smoking villa is furnished to the high American standards. The accommodation comprises master bedroom (Queen bed) with en-suite bathroom and walk in cupboard, two further bedrooms (one Queen bed, and the other twin bedded), family bathroom, vaulted living/dining room furnished as two separate rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast area, utility room and double garage.

Guests can use the private tennis courts, volley ball court and communal pool. Local supermarkets, ATMs and drug store are a 5 minute drive away. This luxury villa is ideally situated to enjoy the pleasures of Naples - "the Jewel of the South."

  • Having stayed in this villa in 2006, we returned once again in Easter 2008. The same high standards have been maintained and I would recommend both Naples, the villa and the owners helpfulness to all. With great shopping in Miami only 1hr 20 mins away, excellent malls in and North of Naples, fantastic beach that never gets busy, plenty of fine restaurants, both the villa/location offer a restful holiday. So much so, we're going back at Xmas!

This villa was one of the nicest we have stayed in, being beautifully furnished, very well equipped and in a perfect location, overlooking the lake. The owners were extremely pleasant to deal with and very accommodating in all of our requests. We would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.

  • Relaxing holiday had by all. Naples is excellent for eating, shopping and walking about generally. The villa was well equipped although dining out was first choice as the exchange rate was so reasonable. A car is useful to visit nearby places such as Marco Island, shopping malls etc. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends or returning.

  • Comment Text: We came back from a very nice vacation In Florida. It was my first time renting A home online, and was pleased by the very good communication I had with Jacky (the owner). The villa is very nice and comfartable and we enjoyed the pool very much especialy the view from the pool overlooking the lake. The Location is good also, we even went to Miami a Couple of times.   • We have just returned from a fantastic stay in Florida. Both Roy & Jackie (the owners) were fantastic to deal with and very helpful. The location of the villa adjacent to the lake is superb. The accomodation is 1st class and very comfortable, The walk in shower was a pleasure to use and the fridge ice dispenser was in constant use! Would highly recommend both the villa and its location whilst staying in Naples. p.s. Very friendly ducks adjacent to the villa pool & lake!

  • We found this villa wonderful, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. It is in a smart, fairly quiet location, just a few minutes by car in to Naples and the beaches, shops and restaurants. The fishing off the pier was great fun and looking forward to visiting again.   • This is a wonderful rental! It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but still close driving distance to Olde Naples. The home is very comfortable and clean. On top of it all the owners were very pleasant to deal with and very prompt with all of my email inquiries! You don't need to look any further for a great rental!

  • What a wonderful, relaxing place to be. The villa itself is beautifully appointed and I have returned 3 further times with different friends each time,and all have been very impressed. We enjoy visiting the local sites, eg the Everglades and Busche Gardens, the discounted outlet malls and the wide variety of restaurants. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Dan 2003

    We first visited Naples as the second week of a twin centre holiday, recovering from a hectic first week in Orlando. We immediately fell in love with the town, and took the opportunity to view the 'model homes' nearby.After much deliberation back in the UK we decided to buy this villa. We were very pleased with our choice as it was the last villa on the lake to be sold, so there were no building works nearby and the gardens were quite mature. We also look down the lake onto a wooded 'preserve', which is a lovely outlook to enjoy. We try to visit at least once a year to ensure standards are being maintained, usually in November, when the weather is cooler and the airfares cheaper. It is also a great time for Christmas shopping. Although not busy like Orlando, there are many things to do.We usually hire a boat for a half day play on the inland waterways, dolphin spotting, swimming and shelling. Then there is the shopping(!), beaches, tennis, golf, air-boat rides in the Everglades, restaurants and relaxing by the pool with a good book. Although Fort Myers International Airport is only 30 minutes away, we prefer a direct flight into Miami, which is 2 hours away. We do hope our guests find the villa up to their expectations, and enjoy their stay in Naples as much as we all do.
