We are renovating our condo starting June 1,2012 and have not yet determined when it will be available for rental. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Our condo is in a prime location in Kamaole Sands. It is located on the fourth (top) floor in building 7(unit 401) and is an end unit which allows for an extra window in the living room permitting more light into the unit. Being on the top floor we only have "neighbors" on one side.
The condo overlooks the central garden area complete with colorful fountains and has a partial ocean view from the large lanai. You can see the West Maui mountains in the distance.
Building number 7 is far enough from the road and the pool area so that you will not be troubled by noise. BBQs are located in the garden area below.
The condo feels very spacious (almost 1200 sq ft plus large lanai) and the kitchen is fully equipped (auto ice maker in fridge). A spiral staircase takes you to the upstairs loft which has a king bed and separate full bathroom. There is a separate bedroom on the main floor(queen bed) with another full bathroom. The sofa in the living room is a pull out bed. All of the mattresses have been recently replaced. There is a stackable washer/dryer on the main floor. We have recently installed a new dishwasher, range, flat screen tv and air conditioning. We also have the best parking stall in the building right beside the elevator.
Kamaole Sands has a beautiful pool/exercise/hot tub area and is located across the road from lifeguarded Kamaole 3 beach. There are four tennis courts available to guests. We are within easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. Walking north along the beach will take you to Kamaole 2 and 1 beaches. Walking south takes you to Keawakapu beach (one of the best beaches on Maui with 2 great beachfront restaurants) which connects to the seawalk in Wailea.
The 3 golf courses in Wailea are world class courses and are a short drive away. There are boating excursions(snorkel/dive/whale watching) that leave on a daily basis directly from the boat launch across the street.
You will not be disappointed with either the condo or its location.

Additional $150 fee if staying less than 7 days.
Summer of 2011 from August 22 to October 7 we will offer the condo for $100/night
plus $150 cleaning charge plus tax due to construction going on at Kamaole Sands

Excellent facilities! The view from the lanai is gorgeous. we enjoyed a view of the sunset every evening. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Kamole 3 beach is right across the road and great for boggie boarding. We went to Ulua beach to snorkel -- near Wailea shopping centre. Mama's fish house is expensive but the food is outstanding -- worth the price.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We have just returned for a 10 day stay at this property. The location is fantastic - directly across the street from Kamaole Beach 3 (which is a great location for boogie boarding and referred to in many of the Maui Guidebooks). The property is close to many amenities (shopping & restaurants). The grounds are lovely and well groomed. The condo was great - very comfortable and well kept. The lanai is fantastic! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
