This was a GREAT VACATION.... The place was great and we slept six very easily. The place's interior was very very appealing to the eye and it's location was excellent. The owner of the condo was great communicating with me. We were having such a great time when Carol called to make sure everything was ok ,we were never there to recieve the calls.LOL!!!! We plan to visit again next year. Great place would recommend to everyone.

Wonderful - a terrific family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the condo tremendously! All of our stress melted away! There was plenty of room for the four of us, the pool area was large and comfortable, and the beach was right across the street. We lounged over coffee on the patio every morning where we enjoyed the view of the pond and fountain. There are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, and we used the charcoal grill at the condo when we opted to stay in for dinner. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you, Carol!

You never know what you are going to get when you "sign up" and pay for something sight unseen from an online classified. Our gang consisted of 2 adults and 4 teenagers and it's hard to find accomodations for that big of a group. We were so fortunate, not only to find this beautiful condo, but to deal with the owner was an absolute treat. The condo was fully stocked... The kitchen was stocked as well as most of our home kitchens. There are 2 full baths with plenty of towels. Beds consisted of a King Bed, 2 twins, several blow-up mattresses, and a couple of foam mattresses. The boys gave the girls the twin beds and the boys slept on blow-ups in the living room. There was enough bedding for all. And, there were so many beach towels that we all ended up using 2/day and still had extras (I know, a little excessive, but they were wet and totally sandy), but have no fear, there is a fabulous full-size washer and dryer (be sure to bring laundry soap!). There were beach chairs, rafts and umbrellas.....toys and boogie board if you want them.....even a fishing pole, I think. The unit is located in the back of the condo complex, but it's just a very short walk to the beach right across the street. We spent most of our time at the beach....and not being tourists. The kids and hubby took a dip in the complex pool each morning after their training runs and each night after our sunset swim, which cooled them off since the Gulf water was so warm (ahhhh!). We ate most of our meals in the condo because the kitchen made it easy (and cost effective) to prepare meals for 6. The BEST part of this condo is that it was IMMACULATELY CLEAN. Thanks for providing a great place for us.......to make memories, to relax, and to soak up the Florida sunshine and salt water. We hope to be back soon! ~ Many thanks from Portland, Oregon :-)

Excellant rental unit

This 2BR (king bed/2 twins) 2Ba unit on the first floor was perfect - clean, bright, updated, walk out patio, great location, everything you'd need was there. The owner was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants (Beach House was just down the road and we went there twice); there were plenty of other places nearby to eat. It's just a short walk across the street to the Gulf beach; and the pool area is very nice. The odd thing at the pool is that one end is cordoned off (lots of kids there) and the rest (about 80%) of the pool is too deep to walk in. I enjoy walking in a pool for exercise, but couldn't do it here. But it had plenty of beach chairs and attractive landscaping. This is a large well-kept condo community in a good location on the island; the manager was very helpful. I'd return here again and recommend it to others.

Bradenton Beach Condo

My husband and I stayed at this condo in late Sept. / early Oct. with another couple. The owner was very nice and easy to deal with. The condo was very attractive, well maintained, and well stocked. Parking was convenient, and the on-site management was friendly. The beach access was just across the street. There is a really nice pier in back of the complex that has benches and looks out over the bay. This is one of the better places we have stayed in FL. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this great condo. Everything you could possibly need was included. I have never seen a kitchen so well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. In fact we had 16 for dinner and had everything we needed to prepare, serve, and eat. The beach is an easy walk, the pool was big and very rarely busy. The condo slept 6 easily. We will be back! Although we did not use the trolley system, the stop was right there. The young adults walked to Bridge Street to go to the bars.

We spent a month enjoying the lovely location of this condo..steps to the gulf beach, swimming pool and bayside dock. The grounds are beautifully kept and unique to the island. The condo location allows a southern exposure and all day sunshine to enjoy the walkout patio with a pond and the sound of the waterfall 24 hours. It was extremely pleasant and relaxing. The island has alot to offer in activities, friendliness, dining etc. The experience was wonderful and we plan to return next year.
