Why the Owner Chose New Claim
My family has been vacationing in Park City since I was 11 years old. I grew up in New Jersey, and our winter trips to the Wasatch Mountains were always a time for our family to come together, play and laugh. I moved to Los Angeles several years ago, but we still keep up the family tradition - although on a smaller scale. When my family sold their vacation home, I decided it was time to buy my own place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There are some many things I love about my cute one-bedroom condo. It's got a nice view of the Park City mountain and slopes. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance, including an organic Indian restaurant, a steak house, a seafood restaurant, an Italian cafe AND a natural foods grocery story. The decor is very warm and cozy and inviting. On top of that, we have the 25 mile rail trail right across the street - perfect for long walks, running, biking and cross country skiing.

I tell stories for a living. Really! I work at BRC Imagination Arts in Los Angeles and we design and produce visitor experiences for museums, cultural attractions, corporations, and theme parks. I'm the Director of Development for all our education-focused projects. Prior to my work with BRC, I worked as a professional theater director, actor and producer. In addition, I used to provide technology solutions consulting services to non-profits and small businesses. I like running. Used to do marathons.
