This beautiful and spacious, three story, 4 bedroom, 3,000 square foot townhome boasting views of the Castle Peak mountain range and Homestead Court Club. Our property has everything that you need to enjoy your stay in the Vail Valley, as well as make you feel like you are in your home away from home.
Located in Edwards, we are 5 minutes away from Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch, 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and 20 minutes from Vail ski areas, as well as minutes away from world class dining and entertainment.
Entering our home on the main level you will find the large open living room with gas fireplace, TV entertainment center with DVD player, deck over looking the lovely mountains with gas grill, a dining room that seats 10, a powder room, laundry room and a fully stocked kitchen with counter area with barstools, and breakfast nook with table.
The upper floor holds one master bedroom with King size Select Comfort bed, master bath with two sinks and shower, second bedroom with 2 Twin beds, and a third bedroom with one Queen bed. Each room has a TV entertainment center with DVD player, master has a flat screen TV. A second full bathroom can be found on this level.
The lower level holds a large family room with TV entertainment center and DVD player, pull out sofa, air hockey table and games. A second master bedroom with King bed and TV entertainment center with DVD player, along with a full bath is located on this level.
Our townhome has been outfitted with WIFI internet service as well as cable TV for your convenience and enjoyment. Edwards boasts, fine dining and casual dining, shopping, as well as a convenient grocery store, movie theatre, and access to many outdoor sports such as golf, tennis, and skiing that are only moments away.
