Truly a Beatiful House in Vegas!!!

8 of us had a blast in our Las Vegas trip Dec. 2011 and I was impressed when we arrived in this house. What you see in the pictures are what will you see when you get there. The house is in good condition and almost all the essential things you need are already provided. The location of the house was perfect which is in the south side of the strip and the neighborhood is safe and clean. The strip (MGM Grand area) is around 10 to 12 minutes from the house and the airport is only 8 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants, supermarket and shopping are within 3 miles and Red Rock Canyon is just 18 miles away from this house. Garage space is plenty for you can park a maximum of 5 cars (2 inside and 3 outside). Getting a taxi from and to the house is not a problem. Plenty of Taxi companies services the area due to its closeness to the strip. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you might need to cook your meals - we cooked breakfast and dinner for 7 days and 7 nights and we have no problem with the kitchen. Plates, serving dish, pans, mugs and glass are enough to serve 12. Enough clean sheets, towels, pillows were provided and all the beds were very comfortable. The house is big and has high speed WIFI internet, cable tv (1 in living and each bedroom has 1), stereo system for you to enjoy. The pool was big enough; although we never got to use it since it was freezing cold in Vegas in December. I also think that the wooden floors are great for a vacation rental since carpets can accumulate dust and that vacation rentals are not always being used. The house was the big reason that we enjoyed our vacation inn Las Vegas and I hope that all the guests after our stay will take good care of this house since I am definetly sure that we will go back in this house on our next Las Vegas vacation. I definetly recommend this house to anyone!!!

My son got married in at the Bellagio and we needed a home base where all of our relatives could meet up and spend some time together. We picked a great house. My other son actually cancelled his reservation on the strip so he could come stay with us. We had plenty of room and everyone who joined us at one point or another at the house commented on how nice it was. We had a lot of back and forth driving to the strip and we found the location to be easy to get around from. The house is well decorated (my wife admired it more than I noticed) and very clean. We had everything we needed to entertain our family as they came over. We stayed at this home the entire week of the wedding and it felt like it was really our house. The day after the wedding we had about 12 people over for breakfast and swimming. The perfect ending to a wonderful trip. We would really recommend this house to other vacationers out there.

It is so nice to have the privacy of a backyard pool and spa. I packed up my family of 6 and we drove in from SoCal and wanted to see a few shows on the strip, my husband and I played golf up the street at Bali Hai, and we did a day trip to the grand canyon. We were really pleased that the house was so comfortable. Everyone had enough space with their own bedroom that we didn't get sick of each other like other vacations we've had! We started everyday with a swim in the backyard and the house has a nice setup for eating breakfast outside. The game table was great for my kids. I loved to cook and my kids are picky so eating most meals in is a must for us. The kitchen was clean and well equip, and the house is only a few miles or so from Trader Joes so we could stock up. We did a lot of sight seeing and driving so it was great that the house is close to the freeway and easy to get to and from the strip. I would recommend this house to my friends for a great place to stay. And thank you to the owner Ash for being so available for the few questions we had. I think you get a lot of house for your money.

Four girlfriends and myself wanted a girls getaway in Vegas picked this house instead of hotel rooms. We found it very difficult to find hotel rooms that accommodate 5 people with a place for everyone to hang out without renting a penthouse or 2 bedroom suite for $600+ a night. We were so glad that we decided on this house. Great dining table, very comfortable living room and we loved the pool and spa. The weather was comfortable enough for us to eat outside by the pool and we had a nice time cooking together. A house allowed us so much more quality time. It was my first time renting a vacation home and I was really impressed with the entire experience. The owner was really helpful too. We all decided this is the best way to meet up and we will rent this house again. I almost didn't write a review because I want the house to be available the next time I come to town! :-)
