Fantastic three Bedroom Condo ocean Front in Luxury Building Trapiche. With dramatic 180 degree views of the Ixtapa Harbors and ocean Views. Beautiful farallons pepper the ocean horizon on each magnificent sunset. The property has outstanding common areas with tennis courts, gardens, amphitheaters, fishing terrace, infinity pools, jacuzzi, paddling pools and separate children's play areas. Although ocean access is directly available from the building, a private beach is only 10 minutes walk, or 3 minute drive, from building.
The Condo offers three beautiful bedrooms with full bathrooms. Each bedroom has ocean or garden views. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher and all modern appliances. The family room has full cable and plenty of seating, while the formal living room seats many with stunning direct views of the ocean and harbors. Formal dining room seats 8 persons on traditional Mexican decor. The large balcony seats 6-8 persons for relaxed outdoor dining with majestic ocean views.
The Building hosts a tennis court with guest parking. Doorman and security reception. Private huge infinity pools and sauna massage facilities on ground floor. Maid service is included on Tuesdays and Thursdays, or daily as arranged by Renter with owners; please inquire if interested in this service.
The condo is conveniently located only a few minutes car ride to down town Ixtapa. The town of Ixtapa has contemporary shopping and a slew of delightful restaurants; just a bit further is the luxurious Marina housing stunning boats, a light house and waterfront restaurants. The building is located next to the Las Brisas Hotel and has access to the private beach via a rock path by the ocean. The town of Zihuatanejo is only 10 minutes from the building and boasts many other restaurants and public beaches. Furthermore, the center of Zihuatanejo has artisanal shops, open markets, marina restaurants, and many other modern necessities. Along the harbor of Zihuatanejo, many hotels make their home along the fantastic harbor beach with 5 star restaurants.
This is one of the most exclusive buildings in Ixtapa and provides privacy with luxurious relaxation and wonderful amenities. Why the Owner Chose Ixtapa
WE chose Ixtapa because of it's natural beauty and slow rhythm! We are thrilled that Ixtapa has a more laid back approach as a beach destination! It is a beautiful little town with a great nightlife but not crowded! It's amazingly easy to get to: Lots of direct flights from the US and limitless connecting through Mexico City. There is so much untouched and unspoiled nature that it is difficult to resist.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Just rThis condo is located in a building called Trapiche. It is the last multifamily unit on the private cove of Ixtapa. The building itself only has 22 units, but has enormous common areas. This means that even when the building is full, there is plenty of space an chaises. The common areas are truly spectacular facing both open ocean and the bays of Ixtapa (complete with farallons!). All of the units are 3 bedroom 3 bath units with exception of the penthouses and there is only 2 units per floor with only one shared wall! No noisy neighbors.
Furthermore, the building has a great gym with views, a built in BBQ area, children's play areas, multiple pools, towel service (with specialized unit towels), locker rooms (with sauna/steam), ocean amphitheater, direct ocean access, fishing platform, tennis courts and covered parking, and 24 hour security!

We are Jorge & Susana Luna. My mother, Susana, purchased our beautiful condo in Trapiche just a few years ago. We are from Mexico City but we travel quite a bit. I currently live and work in the US. We have taken great joy in remodeling and refurnishing our new Condo in Ixtapa.
