Montecito Village Retreat – Contemporary Comfort near the Beach
Step into the Lower Village lifestyle with this fantastic Montecito home. It is just around the corner from the fabulous restaurants and retail shops of Coast Village Road. Take an easy 3-block stroll down to the Pacific Ocean, Butterfly Beach, and the Four Seasons Resort.
The house is a “Mid-Century Modern” architectural specimen. High ceilings, large rooms, and stylish furniture are the trademarks of this inviting property.
There are two Master bedrooms with king size beds and private baths. The Master Suite is a private area with a separate entrance. It has its own living room with fireplace, and a small kitchen. A queen sleeper-sofa is available if more than 2 wish to stay in the suite. The other two bedrooms in the home each have a private bath. Please note: there is no indoor access to the Master Suite from the main part of the house.
Dining, relaxing, and entertainment are easy. The home has a formal dining area, and two breakfast nooks. A sun room with daybed is on the south side of the home. Spacious patios surround the property. Entertainment is provided by 3 different flat screen TV’s, 3 DVD players, and a CD player/stereo. Wireless Internet is available throughout the property.

Boy did we need this vacation! Thank you for the amazing accommodations. We had so much fun in this beautiful home. The patio and hot tub was just perfect. We would love to come back some day.

Your lovely home provided space, warmth, a wonderful setting and location and a welcome to us all. We felt right at home and totally enjoyed: meals together in the dining room, movies on the flat screens, the hot tub, bikes, coffee at Jeannines and The Coffee Bean, the food and friendly people at Vons and the numerous and wonderful walks and hikes around the beach, hills of Montecito and exploration of the surrounding areas. Wow! Our shared family time was a 10+ and hats off the the competent, attentive and kind staff at Paradise Retreats. Thank you all for providing the place and pleasantries. We have left behind laughter in the walls!
