Access the top of the mountain from Lift C or Peak 8 Superconnect...never wait at the base again! An extensive exterior remodel was completed in 2010.
UPDATED 2011--NEW APPLIANCES/CARPET/DOORS/WINDOWS!! All one floor, 1100 square feet, 2 br/bath, open spacious kitchen/living area with fireplace, washer/dryer and ski storage in unit. Enjoy the afternoon sun and views of Peak 8 from the deck. Quiet area, lots of trees, at the end of 4 o'clock Road. Free garage parking.
CHILD FRIENDLY! Stroller, high chair, baby monitor, and port a crib on site as well as SLEDS, games, and plastic dishes. And by renting with us, you have access to our 15 years of experience getting children on the slopes.
WARM COZY AND CLEAN! The master bedroom has a Serta Perfect Sleeper King mattress (purchased in 08) and ASPEN LOG headboard and bedstands. The kid's room has a full/twin bunk and twin bed, toddler sleeping bag, with an additional inflatable full mattress for the floor if necessary. A pull out couch in the living room has a queen sized mattress with an inflatible top which makes it quite comfortable. Each mattress/pillow has a zippered cover for protection and the unit is professionally cleaned after every rental.
INDOOR POOL/HOT TUBS! Even if they've skiied all day, you can't keep the kids from the heated 3-4' indoor pool down the hall. The adults can relax in the hot tubs, (one indoor/one outdoor) and rinse off in the changing rooms with hot showers.
SUMMERTIME is dreamtime, with clear blue skies, the smell of pine and beautiful mountain vistas in all directions. Try hiking, biking, concerts/festivals, boating on Lake Dillon, golf and fall colors. We are on the Town of Breckenridge hiking trail system, and a short easy 15 minute walk through the woods and across the streams to the Breckenridge Outdoor Ed Center (teepee, reservoir for fishing). Watch for the resident moose behind us in the clearing, as well as several foxes.

We are a skiing/hiking family from Colorado, who love sharing the beautiful mountains with others.
Why the Owner Chose Tyra Summit
Though we love all of the Colorado ski locations, we chose Breckenridge for its family friendly atmoshphere and because the town is a REAL town, not a resort village. We love the historic architecture and the fascinating history from the gold rush days.
We also found Breck to be the SUNNIEST ski resort around. And it provides skiing for all ability levels.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Because we are up on the hillside, we can see wildlife (moose/foxes) from our unit, as well as access all the local trails up and around the mountain.
Also, there are very few indoor pools in Breckenridge, and we like that our pool is small and not overcrowded. We also like being away from the city noise and the late night crowds.
