Comfortable cottage in coconut grove on beach dune. In the heart of Hopetown Settlement. The house is a newly built Loyalist style cottage. It has an open spacious floor plan. Full size kitchen, well equipped for all your needs.
The house is situated on dune off a beautiful pink sand beach. From the front porch you can watch the sunrise, listen to waves against the shore, or relax in hammock and feel a great ocean breeze. It is only 50 steps to the beach where there is great coral reef snorkling, fishing, swimming or just relaxing in the sun.
Hopetown is a charming 18th century settlement located on the island of Elbow cay. She offers resturaunts from open air, to fine island cuisine. The settlement streets are reserved for bicycles and walking. Quaint shopping, coffee shops are within a few minutes walk. Be sure to visit Vernons' bakery and tell him (Vernon)We said hello. Stop by early, in the day, for one of his famous pies or bread. Cottage also comes with private boat dock in harbor for boating and exploring outer islands and cays. Boat, golf cart and bikes are available for rent. Experience the low-key and bare foot soul of the gem of the "Old Bahamas"Hopetown.
