The natural beauty is astounding and its proximity to wineries accentuates the fun! Mostly I just enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine, by myself, with my family or entertaining friends for dinner on the porch looking out at the lake.

Indoor gas fireplace, full kitchen, quality utensils and dish ware. It is a great house for people of all ages because of the new dock, boats, two full decks (one for the adults and one for the kids), a complete house with bedrooms and good furniture, new mattresses and linens,stylish but comfortable, gas stove for cool nights in summer, all day in winter. All in all, a relaxing and fun place.

All my life, growing up in Rochester, I wanted to have a house on one of the Finger Lakes. I am so fortunate now to have one, and we are teaching our children, 12-23, water safety, responsibility, care and upkeep of the house.
Taxes and other expenses require us to rent it out. I am glad to share this beautiful, fun home with other people and families who enjoy the beauty of the Finger Lakes.
