When you arrive I'm sure you will feel that it is like "Paradise Found." This lovely villa will make you feel at home as soon as you step inside. It is a spacious 5 bedroomed villa with ample room for all the family. The open planned family room is light and airy and leads out on to your very own screened pool. Ideal to relax by, or to swim in, after a "hard day at the theme parks"! The screen round the pool makes it perfect for sun bathing, as it let's all the fabulous Florida sunshine through, but none of the insects, which is great for all the family and just right for breakfast by the pool too!
All the rooms are tastefully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything, plus a breakfast table and chairs. There is also a formal dining area situated in the family room. Cable TV, DVD, VHS and HI-Fi are installed in the lounge and cable TV is in all the bedrooms. We also have a games room, with Air-Hockey, Foosball and Pool tables, plus a Darts board.
Situated only minutes from the "192" on highway 27, you are in an ideal location for just about everything and everywhere. Disney is only 10 minutes away and all the other major theme parks only a short drive away plus many water parks to enjoy.
So many beautiful beaches with warm water and golden sands to visit plus Busch Gardens and The Kennedy Space Centr are all about an hours drive away.
If it is night life you are after, then try "Church Street Station" with it's many themed bars & entertainments, or "Pleasure Island", where it is "New Years Eve" every night of the year!!
As you arrive at Cleer Creek you will pass a 24 hour Walmart Superstore, then a shopping complex, with a hand made Pizza Parlour, Bank, Post Office & Winn Dixie Supermarket, so handy for food supplies when you arrive and at any time during your stay. So you really do have everything that you need, right on your door step. How handy is that! Which means you have found -:

- We are located in an ideal spot for all theme parks,(Disney is only 10 minutes away,) fantastic golf courses and air boat rides to name just a few. Beaches with their warm water & golden sands,Busch Gardens & The Kennedy Space Center can be reached in an hour plus great night life at "Church St Station" with it's themed bars & entertainments, or "Pleasure Island" where it is "New Years Eve" every night of the year! Just minutes away is the "192" where you will be spoilt for choice for entertainments of all kinds, fantastic restaurants and bargain shopping, where you can "shop till you drop"!Beautiful beaches,the Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens can be reached in an hour. So we have a Perfect villa, in a perfect location, for the perfect vacation. Plus the fabulous Florida weather, where it is summer nearly every day of the year. So what more could you ask for.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our villa is very convenient to get to. We are just a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and a 60 minute drive from Sanford International Airport. Both are excellent airports which have all rental cars on site. So it is so easy to collect your car once you arrive and then be on your way. Silver Creek Court has the advantage of being part of a residential complex which is very well maintained, quiet, but also close to everything. At the entrance there is a selection of shops which includes a post-office, bank and large super market, perfect for all your grocery needs during your stay. A matter of minutes will bring you to a large Walmarts Super Store, with it's wide choice of goods at bargain prices, making it a perfect place to buy all those bargains that you "just have to buy" when on vacation!!

After many years of being a very happy home owner in Florida, we had to sell our lovely villa. I really missed the contact with people and talking about wonderful Florida. Several of my home owner friends asked me if I would like to help them promote their villas. I accepted and have been doing this successfully for several years now. This means I get to go back to Florida on a regular basis.
So I think I have the best of both worlds, lovely people, lovely villa and lovely Florida!!
