Accommodations: Bungalows - 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description) - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 4-8)

Casa Firefly Bungalows and Pool - Mexican Riviera, Mexico Vacation House is currently under construction to be finished in November 2008. You will have privacy, beach, and a private, magnificent pool here, with twin, round, palapa-roofed bungalows each with private bathroom area (shower, toilet, sink), and plenty of room on each side of the bed for children/teenagers to sleep; sleep accommodations also include the "porch" area of each bungalow, which also has a hammock. Large "accordion" style doors swing open to ocean view and gardens. The house will be three br three ba, two story, with palapa style roof on one half and Spanish tile on the other, and full kitchen; it is closer to the beach and right next to the pool. Both bungalows have ocean view, one more than the other since it is more behind the house, and they have privacy with dining and kitchen areas (outdoor/shaded). Renting both bungalows you have more privacy and (now and into the medium-term future at least) there is no one on either side, i.e., they are undeveloped, beachfront lots. If you rent one bungalow only, you may be sharing with someone in the other, but no more than one small party; the shaded, outdoor kitchen and dining area have a partial beachfront view surrounded by gardens and are in between the bungalows; the shallow lap section of the pool, app. 50 feet long, is just steps away from both bungalows, and gradually slopes down into a seven meter diameter (almost 25 feet) round deep end (eight feet), with large "wet deck" with two-three inches of water for lounging and relaxing while staying cool and perhaps enjoying your favorite beverage... The house will have a spectacular, oceanfront view and is quite close to both pool, beach, and outdoor shower, and has couches for extra sleep accomodations. Upstairs will be a master bedroom with magnificent beach view and a "lounge" area underneath the palapa for watching sunsets and sipping your favorite cerveza or margarita... You can often surf, bodysurf, boogie board, etc., right in front of the property, and rinse off in the outdoor shower just off the beach and near the pool. You can relax in a hammock just off the pool in the shaded "enramada" (shaded palapa-covered area) and eat there as well, while you watch and listen to the ocean a stone's throw away. Troncones is a charming, small (500 people) town, one kilometer away by beach walk or dirt road, with restaurants, shopping, etc... And just about everything you need in Ixtapa resort (20 minutes away by car) or Zihuatanejo (35 minutes away), a lovely port city (sportfishing, diving/snorkeling, etc.) of 60 thousand.
