"Condo Chango" is a luxury 1500 square foot condominium located on the second floor of the popular Chac Ha condominiums.
Chac Ha is in the prestigious gated community of Playacar in Playa del Carmen, and the balcony overlooks the tenth tee and three lakes of the Playacar golf course designed by Robert Von Hagge.
Condo Chango also overlooks the enormous Chac Ha pool and is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom and queen and twin beds in the second bedroom, which has its own cable TV and DVD player. There is also a day bed (twin) in the living area.
Chac Ha is directly across the street from the Reef Club resort, located on one of the most pristine white sand beaches of the Mayan Riviera. Our guests are invited to use our owners card to avail themselves of all the facilities at the Beach Club. All-inclusive food and beverage packages are also available for purchase on a daily basis. Downtown Playa del Carmen is just a 20 minute walk or short cab ride away. The Playacar Shopping Center, with pharmacy, deli, ATM, Starbucks, bank, and souvenir shops, is just 400 yards away.
Condo Chango is filled with handmade Mexican furniture and folk art, and has white marble floors and custom hardwood cabinetry. The kitchen is completely equipped for gourmet cooking, and WalMart and four large supermarkets are a short taxi ride away. There are two full bathrooms, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Weekly maid service and free bottled water delivery are included.

Why the Owner Chose Playacar
The location is perfect. It is an easy walk to downtown Playa, there are only 24 units in the condo complex, and everyone is very friendly. Plus, the setting is the most peaceful and relaxing spot in Playa.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
A giant pool where you (usually) will be the only people there.
Sitting on the balcony, looking at the lakes on the golf course, and watching the birds, iguanas, and agoutis run/fly around.

We stayed over New Year for 10 days and we had a blast.... quite frankly all was perfect. Communication with the owner since the beginning was always prompt. He was always very accommodating and helpful to our requests. The apartment itself was just exactly what you see in the pictures, very clean and very comfortable. The location is hard to beat. The beach at the Reef is AMAZING! Management on site was also very responsive.. while there we had a power failure and I only found out via email after I came back... Between the owner and and them, they got the main switch changed by an electrician while we were probably relaxing with some margaritas in one of the many beautiful beaches we visited... Speaking of seamless and GREAT service. The only bad thing is that we had to come back to the winter reality :-( I'd definitely go back in a heart beat.

My family will never forget our wonderful vacation at the Chac-Ha Condo in Playacar! Located so close to the beach and shopping with the tranquility not available at the higher priced resorts, this was a great decision and we will definitely stay here again for our next trip! Long before our arrival we received a great email with all types of questions answered. In the condo itself there were binders with detailed information regarding the area restaurants, how to take advantage of the neighboring all-inclusive resort’s accommodations, where to shop, what sites to see, etc. We were delighted to see, and feed, the agouti that lived on the grounds. The information binder even told us about them otherwise we wouldn’t have had any idea what they were. We could tell that it was important to the owners that we had a great time and they thought of so many details The unit itself is very clean with a great supply of clean towels and linens. The unit was very spacious with a great full sized kitchen, dining area and outdoor patio. Both bathrooms were very spacious and clean. Our kids were very sad to leave as the unit felt very much like a home away from home. They even took pictures of all of the artwork so they could remember all of the nicely appointed details. The pool was huge, cleaned daily and extremely relaxing. Car rental and dollars exchange were all very simple. I would highly recommend this condo to a family wanting the comforts of home with great access to everything you could do in Playacar.

We have spent almost 3 weeks in Chac-ha condo and had great time, loved this place and hope to go back there again. Would recommend this condo to any age group, loved the pool,location and a very large balcony, great for the morning cofee.
