The home is maintained by a local, independent Home Watch service. Cleaning service at tenant's expense is available during stay, and is mandatory with a fee upon exit.

Businessman in Westport, CT. Married, two adult children, two grandchildren, all in the northeast. Property is meant for our own use in a few years, but is now available for rental. All our guests have enjoyed and appreciated our home's high-end furnishings, audio-visual equipment, and accessories - and the beautiful, moddern amenties and features of Heritabge Bay.
