The Peninsula is one of the most luxurious condominium complexes in all of Puerto Vallarta. The building includes a state of the art fitness facility, library/computer center, stunning lobby and 2 pools, one which is an huge infinity pool right off the the beach. The complex is surrounded by reflection pools giving it the illusion of being on its own island. The property is monitored by security 24 hours a day. Centrally located, the Peninsula is on the beach, and a short walk to the Peninsula Shopping Center, restaurants, banks, movies and grocery stores. It is a short drive to downtown/Old Town, golf, airport, marina,more restaurants, bars, beaches and the Malacon(board walk).
On one of the upper floors of this beautiful property is home to the spacious 2350 sq. feet Casa Bella condominium. With two bedrooms and a den or 3rd bedroom and three full bathrooms with rain shower heads, this lovely, contemporary beauty sleeps six comfortably. The unit has 2 large balconies, one off of the bedrooms and other off of the living/dining area with floor to ceiling doors and spectacular ocean, mountain, or city views from most rooms. Casa Bella has been professionally decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and amenities. The dining area seats 8 comfortably. There are 3 flat-screen T.V.'s in the condo, plus cable, wireless internet, DVD player, IPOD docking station and a full-size washer/dryer in the unit. You have all the comforts of home to make your vacation all the more enjoyable.
Picture yourself drinking cocktails, watching the breathtaking sunsets, watching the cruise ships pull into port, whale watching and so much more from the balcony of this beautiful condominium.
This unit includes maid service 1 time per week with 7 day minimum stay. Concierge service available, which may include airport pick-up, chef, etc. We have an excellent property manager who is readily accessible during your stay. She will greet you and show you around the condo,answer any questions you may have and make arrangements for extra services that you may request. Children under 15 not permitted.

Puerto Vallarta has it all. The mountains, the beach, the incredible sunsets and many fun activities. We never get bored there. We fell in love with the Peninsula. It is, by far, the most beautiful resort in P.V. and the he ammenties far exceed any other condominium complex in the entire area. It was love at first sight!!

The condo has absolutely spectacular views of the mountains, ocean and the sunsets. We just love sitting on our balcony, enjoying the boats, watching the whales and dolphins, admiring the sunsets. What is there not to love!!

This condo was the best that we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and had all of the conveniences of home. It was immaculately cleaned, and had incredible views. It is located very close to shopping, dolphin adventure, marina, and grocery store. The pools were cleaned daily, and the beach was raked of any debris that the tide brought in each morning. The staff was very friendly, and always ready to give us information or call us a cab. For a nominal fee, the condo manager picked us up from the airport, did all of the shopping, and had everything waiting for our arrival. My only regret was that we could not stay longer. We will definitely be coming back and staying in this lovely condo.

"This vacation was perfect, starting from this fantastic property located in PV very close to the activities we wanted to enjoy 24hr. Security, 360ft. Pool to swim at, beach front one day we saw dolphins swimming right in front of the place it has a gym, and very spacious, great kitchen and just steps away from the condo is plaza península there are some restaurants that are a must. I Will rent this place again for sure the sunsets are jaw droping !

Hubby, myself and UC Berkeley g'daughter needed a few days for R&R; and this condo put us into instant relax mode. It is in the perfect location, between the airport and Old Town. Although we did not use the pool, it did look inviting. We liked the security measures in place, and, all the staff were very kind and helpful.

We could not have asked for a better place for our get together. The staff at Peninsula Towers were wonderful. I had a nice visit with Maggie and just a splendid week overall. It was really the icing on the cake (pun intended) for my birthday celebration. I have already decided I would LOVE to rent from you again if you will have me. It was serene and peaceful - simply perfect for all our explorations. What a uniquely comfortable and convenient place you have found - Very chic but still sufficiently low key, and in wonderfully close proximity to restaurants, shopping and of course the beautiful beaches of PV. It was, quite simply, the perfect place to return to at the end of the day. I am sure it must be great knowing that you can retreat to such a warm and relaxing oasis when the cold winds of the Midwest blow. Minda, we can't thank you enough for working with us on such short notice. We were so excited to be able to go to P.V., and especially spend time in your breathtaking condo. It was even more lovely than the pictures! Your property manager was so helpful to us, especially since this was our first visit to Mexico. She told us about several great restaurants and things to do, which turned out to be perfect. Being right on the beach was amazing and we loved the huge pool, as well. I could go on and on, but let it just suffice to say, this was an amazing vacation and we are hoping that we can rent out your condo again next year. Can't wait!

The travel experience met or exceeded our high expectations." My wife, myself and three 20-something's recently stayed 7 nights at The Peninsula. Having been to P.V. several times and previously visited ( but not stayed at ) The Peninsula, we had high expectations for a luxurious and peaceful vacation. And we were not disappointed. With a 19th floor view, we'd watch the cruise boats come and go from the large patio. The unit is spacious and we enjoyed the breeze from the open patio door off the family room. Every morning, we'd stock up the refrigerator with fresh, cheese, etc. from the grocery store a few blocks away. Hands down, we enjoyed the living experience so much more than being crammed into two hotel rooms. And we made great use of the on-premises concierge and exercise room and the mall next door ( which includes numerous restaurant choices and a casino ). We knew that the pool and beach were going to be a highlight of our stay. The beach had no shells, so it was really nice to walk the shore. And the pool is huge and very well maintained with numerous comfortable chaise lounges. I would highly recommend a stay, either for a quiet romantic getaway or for groups of four or more. All-in-all, a very classy place with all the services of a luxury hotel at a reasonable if not bargain price.

This was my first stay at the condo. I had viewed the photos on the internet but when I walked in the door to the condo I was dazzled by the beautiful backdrop the ocean provides to this bright and open space. The condo is tastefully decorated, but the most relaxing amenities inside the condo were the cool ocean breeze and the continuous sound of the waves hitting the shoreline. I spent hours relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the magnificent sunsets. The condo is located in a quieter area of town with a very clean white sand beach. The pool is spacious and refreshing and well maintained. The town is a short ride away. I enjoyed using the well-equipped fitness room and the comfortable movie theater. I highly recommend a stay in this condo for anyone seeking rest and relaxation in a luxurious place on the ocean!
